Return of Data In the event of the termination of Executive’s employment with Company for any reason whatsoever, Executive agrees to deliver promptly to Company all formulas, correspondence, reports, computer programs and similar items, customer lists, marketing and sales data and all other materials pertaining to Confidential Information, and all copies thereof, obtained by Executive during the period of Executive’s employment with Company which are in Executive’s possession or under his control. Executive further agrees that Executive will not make or retain any copies of any of the foregoing and will so represent to Company upon termination of his employment.
Deletion and Return of Personal Data (1) Copies or duplicates of the data shall never be created without the knowledge of the Client, with the exception of back-up copies as far as they are necessary to ensure orderly data processing, as well as data required to meet regulatory requirements to retain data.
Deletion of Data You can delete the information saved on your device at any time by uninstalling the App via your operating system. If you have activated a cloud solution to synchronize your device (e.g. Samsung Cloud or Apple iCloud), it may be necessary for you to delete the safeguard saved in the cloud to delete the data saved in the cloud. Images taken with the treasure xxxx App are saved on your device and are not automatically deleted from your device when the app is uninstalled. The TabTracks App is not authorized to do this under requested permissions. This is a security setting for the iOS and Android operating systems. The information saved on our servers under your user account can be deleted at any time upon your request. Please write an email with your request to xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Data Return and Destruction of Data (a) Protecting PII from unauthorized access and disclosure is of the utmost importance to the EA, and Contractor agrees that it is prohibited from retaining PII or continued access to PII or any copy, summary or extract of PII, on any storage medium (including, without limitation, in secure data centers and/or cloud-based facilities) whatsoever beyond the period of providing Services to the EA, unless such retention is either expressly authorized for a prescribed period by the Service Agreement or other written agreement between the Parties, or expressly requested by the EA for purposes of facilitating the transfer of PII to the EA or expressly required by law. As applicable, upon expiration or termination of the Service Agreement, Contractor shall transfer PII, in a format agreed to by the Parties to the EA.
Documentation of Disclosures Business Associate agrees to document uses and disclosures of PHI and information related to such uses and disclosures as required for Covered Entity to respond to a request by an individual for an accounting of disclosures of PHI in accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.528.
Duration of processing and erasure or return of data Processing by the data importer shall only take place for the duration specified in Annex I.B. After the end of the provision of the processing services, the data importer shall, at the choice of the data exporter, delete all personal data processed on behalf of the controller and certify to the data exporter that it has done so, or return to the data exporter all personal data processed on its behalf and delete existing copies. Until the data is deleted or returned, the data importer shall continue to ensure compliance with these Clauses. In case of local laws applicable to the data importer that prohibit return or deletion of the personal data, the data importer warrants that it will continue to ensure compliance with these Clauses and will only process it to the extent and for as long as required under that local law. This is without prejudice to Clause 14, in particular the requirement for the data importer under Clause 14(e) to notify the data exporter throughout the duration of the contract if it has reason to believe that it is or has become subject to laws or practices not in line with the requirements under Clause 14(a).
Ownership, Use and Return of Offering Materials The Offering Materials shall continue to be the property of the Owner and HFF. The Offering Materials will be used by the Potential Investor solely for the purpose of evaluating the possible acquisition of the Property and not for any purpose unrelated to the possible acquisition of the Property. The Offering Materials may not be copied or duplicated without the Owner's and HFF’s prior written consent, and must be returned to HFF (or with HFF’s permission, destroyed by Potential Investor and any Related Party, and in such instance Potential Investor shall certify in writing to HFF and Owner that such information has been so destroyed) immediately upon request or when the Potential Investor declines to make an offer for the Property or terminates any discussions or negotiations with respect to the Property.
Retention of data With regard to business transactions covered by this Agreement, Licensee must retain any records for a period of ten years starting on 1th of January of the year following the year during which the data were transmitted or otherwise transferred, or for the minimum period prescribed by applicable law, whichever is longer. In addition, Licensee must maintain current, complete and accurate reports on all of SAP’s Confidential Information in its possession or in the possession of its representatives.
Deletion or Return of Personal Data 8.1 Xxxx shall delete the Personal Data upon termination/expiry of the MSA as specified in the MSA or upon Client’s reasonable request within 30 days and ensure the deleted data is unrecoverable. Xxxx may retain Personal Data to the extent required by applicable laws and only to the extent and for such period as required by the applicable laws and always provided that Xxxx shall ensure the confidentiality of all such Personal Data and shall ensure that such Personal Data is only Processed as necessary for the purpose(s) specified in the applicable laws requiring its storage and for no other purpose.
Provision of Data Lincoln Life shall use its best efforts to provide or cause to be provided to Delaware the data identified in Schedule 3.1 during the periods and in accordance with the procedures identified in such Schedule, it being understood that Delaware shall not be responsible for any Calculation Losses or other claims, suits, hearings, actions, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, which any party may sustain or incur, directly or indirectly, in each case to the extent caused by or arising from Lincoln Life's failure to provide such data in accordance with such Schedule 3.1.
