Deliverability Status. In Process The Interconnection Customer has elected for this Small Generating Facility to have Energy Only Deliverability Status, as defined in the CAISO Tariff. As a result, this Small Generating Facility was studied for Energy Only Deliverability Status by the Distribution Provider, and the results of those studies have been incorporated into this SGIA. The Interconnection Customer and the Distribution Provider acknowledge and understand that this Small Generating Facility will have Energy Only Deliverability Status. Attachment 6 Distribution Provider's Description of its Upgrades and Best Estimate of Upgrade Costs The Distribution Provider shall describe Upgrades and provide an itemized best estimate of the cost, including overheads, of the Upgrades and annual operation and maintenance expenses associated with such Upgrades. The Distribution Provider shall functionalize Upgrade costs and annual expenses as either transmission or distribution related.

Deliverability Status. The Interconnection Customer has elected to have this Small Generating Facility studied for Full Capacity Deliverability Status (FCDS) in the Cluster 11 FCDS study process, as defined in the CAISO Tariff. As of the execution date of this Small Generator Interconnection Agreement (SGIA), this Cluster 11 FCDS study process has not yet been completed, nor have any resulting delivery interconnection mitigations yet been installed for this project. As a result, this SGIA is being executed using the results of the System Impact Study (SIS) completed November 28, 2018, which studied the facility for Energy Only Deliverability Status. Per the results of this SIS study, the Interconnection Customer and the Distribution Provider acknowledge and understand that this Small Generating Facility will be interconnected with an Energy Only Deliverability Status unless and until this Small Generating Facility completes (a) the ongoing Cluster 11 FCDS studies and (b) any delivery interconnection mitigation requirements identified in the final Phase 2 FCDS study. The final Cluster 11 Phase II FCDS Study results are scheduled for completion in January 2020, and this SGIA will be amended as needed with the results of that study once it is available. Any delivery interconnection mitigations identified in that Cluster 11 Phase 2 FCDS study will be incorporated into this Attachment 5, Attachment 4 “Milestones” will be updated with any additional milestones needed to perform the FCDS mitigations, and Attachment 6 will be updated with estimated project cost and Cost of Ownership values. Actual costs incurred by the Interconnection Customer to install these Distribution Upgrades and Network Upgrades will be trued up with the Interconnection Customer once this project has achieved commercial operation, per Article 6.1 of this agreement.

  • HHS Single Audit Unit will notify Grantee to complete the Single Audit Determination Form If Grantee fails to complete the form within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of notice, Grantee maybe subject to sanctions and remedies for non-compliance.

  • Updated Information Submission by Interconnection Customer The updated information submission by the Interconnection Customer, including manufacturer information, shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Trial Operation. The Interconnection Customer shall submit a completed copy of the Electric Generating Unit data requirements contained in Appendix 1 to the LGIP. It shall also include any additional information provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies. Information in this submission shall be the most current Electric Generating Unit design or expected performance data. Information submitted for stability models shall be compatible with the Participating TO and CAISO standard models. If there is no compatible model, the Interconnection Customer will work with a consultant mutually agreed to by the Parties to develop and supply a standard model and associated information. If the Interconnection Customer's data is materially different from what was originally provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies, then the Participating TO and the CAISO will conduct appropriate studies pursuant to the LGIP to determine the impact on the Participating TO’s Transmission System and affected portions of the CAISO Controlled Grid based on the actual data submitted pursuant to this Article 24.3. The Interconnection Customer shall not begin Trial Operation until such studies are completed and all other requirements of this LGIA are satisfied.

  • Return of Materials Pertaining to Work Product Upon the request of Customer, but in any event upon termination or expiration of this Contract or a Statement of Work, Vendor shall surrender to Customer all documents and things pertaining to the Work Product, including but not limited to drafts, memoranda, notes, records, drawings, manuals, computer software, reports, data, and all other documents or materials (and copies of same) generated or developed by Vendor or furnished by Customer to Vendor, including all materials embodying the Work Product, any Customer confidential information, or Intellectual Property Rights in such Work Product, regardless of whether complete or incomplete. This section is intended to apply to all Work Product as well as to all documents and things furnished to Vendor by Customer or by anyone else that pertain to the Work Product.

  • RELEASE OF BID EVALUATION MATERIALS Requests concerning the evaluation of Bids may be submitted under the Freedom of Information Law. Information, other than statistical or factual tabulations or data such as the Bid Tabulation, shall only be released as required by law after Contract award. Bid Tabulations are not maintained for all procurements. Names of Bidders may be disclosed after Bid opening upon request. Written requests should be directed to the Commissioner.

  • Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 Think 12 will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. Think 12 must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non- designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Think 12 will be required to provide the results of the Think 12 test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.

  • New Application for Licensure Any time after the three-month period has lapsed from the Effective Date of this Agreement and Respondent has paid the Administrative Penalty set forth in Section III, Paragraph 1 of this Order, Respondent may apply for a new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement in any or all of the Participating States with the understanding that each State Mortgage Regulator reserves the rights to fully investigate such application for licensure or petition for reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement and may either approve or deny such application or petition pursuant to the normal process for such licensing or endorsement investigations. No license application or petition described in this paragraph will be denied solely based on the facts, circumstances, or consensual resolution provided for in this Agreement. Respondent further agrees that Respondent must satisfy the Administrative Penalty provision prior to submitting an application for a new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement.

  • SUSPENSION BY STATE FOR CONVEVIENCE 14.4.1 The State may, without cause, order the Contractor in writing to suspend, delay or interrupt the Work in whole or in part for such period of time as the State may determine.

  • Description of Service 2.14.1.1 BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>> loop makeup (LMU) data for BellSouth's network facilities. This section addresses LMU as a preordering transaction, distinct from <<customer_name>> ordering any other service(s). Loop Makeup Service Inquiries (LMUSI) for preordering loop makeup are likewise unique from other preordering functions with associated service inquiries (SI) as described in this Agreement.

  • Ownership of Materials All reports, documents or other materials developed or received by Consultant or any other person engaged directly by Consultant to perform the services required hereunder shall be and remain the property of City without restriction or limitation upon their use.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.
