General Operating Requirements. Interconnecting Customer shall operate and maintain the Facility in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule, in compliance with all aspects of the Company’s Interconnection Tariff. The Interconnecting Customer will continue to comply with all applicable laws and requirements after interconnection has occurred. In the event the Company has reason to believe that the Interconnecting Customer’s installation may be the source of problems on the Company EPS, the Company has the right to install monitoring equipment at a mutually agreed upon location to determine the source of the problems. If the Facility is determined to be the source of the problems, the Company may require disconnection as outlined in Section 7.0 of this Interconnection Tariff. The cost of this testing will be borne by the Company unless the Company demonstrates that the problem or problems are caused by the Facility or if the test was performed at the request of the Interconnecting Customer.
General Operating Requirements. The Distribution Provider shall also provide requirements that must be met by the Interconnection Customer prior to initiating parallel operation with the Distribution Provider's Distribution System. At a minimum, the Interconnection Customer agrees to construct and interconnect the facility described in this agreement with the PG&E system in accordance with the standards and requirements described in the PG&E Transmission Interconnection Handbook (TIH) and the Distribution Interconnection Handbook (DIH), as well as any specific operating requirements identified and described in the final interconnection study completed by the Distribution Provider for this facility.
General Operating Requirements. (1) In the performance of services under this Agreement, Contractor, and its employees, contractors and/or subcontractors, shall agree to follow the requirements of this Agreement and all WPCRC rules and procedures as may exist from time-to-time. (2) Contractor shall provide drinkware and related equipment and supplies of the highest quality reasonably attainable for events and gatherings. (3) Contractor shall provide all necessary serving utensils and containers, linens, skirting, and any other items necessary to properly conduct its service. (4) Contractor shall furnish a proposed schedule of prices, portion sizes and quality delineations for all beverage service items. The schedule must be approved in writing by City. Further, the grade, quality, and prices of said products shall not be altered without prior written approval of City. Prices may be reviewed annually to allow for adjustments in market prices.
General Operating Requirements. Franchisee shall operate the BRCB Coffee Bar in accordance with BRCB’s standards of drink quality, cleanliness, and customer service and shall conduct and maintain the BRCB Coffee Bar and the Premises so as not to distract from, interfere with, or damage the integrity and standards of BRCB or its brand(s). Franchisee shall at all times comply with the provisions of the Operations Manual, any other customer service guidelines implemented by BRCB from time to time, and all applicable laws, rules, ordinances, and regulations of governmental authorities pertaining to the operation of the BRCB Coffee Bar. Franchisee shall at all times maintain the building, equipment, fixtures, and the Premises to the standards of BRCB.
General Operating RequirementsThe Generator shall construct, interconnect, operate, and maintain the Facility and all accompanying and necessary facilities in accordance with (a) all applicable laws and requirements, Good Utility Practice, the Guidelines, Tariffs, and the Terms and Conditions; (b) applicable specifications that meet or exceed those provided by the National Electrical Safety Code, the American National Standards Institute, IEEE, Underwriter's Laboratory and ISO-NE operating requirements in effect at the time of construction and other applicable national and state codes and standards. Following the initial Interconnection of the Facility, the Generator shall comply with all special operating requirements set forth in Appendix
General Operating Requirements. (a) The Permittee must operate under the operating requirements specified in the Documentation of Compliance (DOC) under 40 C.F.R. § 63.1211(c) or the NOC under 40 C.F.R. §§ 63.1207(j) and 63.1210(d), except: (i) During performance tests under approved test plans according to 40 C.F.R. § 63.1207(e), (f), and (g); and (ii) Under the provisions of condition 2.1(C)(3)(a) or (b), above. [40 C.F.R. § 63.1206(c)(1)(i) and (ii)] (b) Documentation of Compliance. [40 C.F.R. § 63.1211(c)] The Permittee’s operating record must include a DOC. The DOC must identify the applicable emission standards under 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart EEE, and the limits on the operating parameters under 40 C.F.R. § 63.1209 that will ensure compliance with those emission standards.
General Operating Requirements. A. The Contractor shall undertake to perform all Services rendered hereunder in a neat, thorough and workmanlike manner, without supervision by the District, and to use care and diligence in the performance of all specified services and to provide neat, orderly, uniformed and courteous employees and personnel on its crews. B. The Contractor shall provide the Services in compliance with all applicable governmental laws, rules, regulations and permits. Except as specifically identified in this Agreement, the Contractor shall pay as and when due all costs and expenses incurred with respect to the services to be provided pursuant to this Agreement. C. The Contractor shall, in a manner consistent with applicable law, insurance requirements and recognized safety practice, establish and maintain appropriate safety procedures for the services provided. The Contractor shall provide the District with copies of all reports filed with governmental authorities having jurisdiction over safety standards and procedures, including, without limitation, reports filed with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. D. The Contractor shall take reasonable precautions for the safety of and shall provide reasonable protection to prevent damage, injury or loss to employees performing the Services and other persons who may be affected thereby. E. The Contractor shall take all necessary precautions for the protection of public or private property. The Contractor shall be responsible for damages on or to public or private property resulting from careless or negligent operation of vehicles or handling of any receptacle. All property which suffers damage (reasonable wear-and-tear excepted) caused by the Contractor, including, but not limited to waste receptacles, sod, mailboxes or recycling bins, shall be repaired or replaced as soon as possible to equivalent quality at the time of the damage, and at no extra charge to the property owner. If the Contractor fails to do so within a reasonable period of time, the District may, after the expiration of a period of forty-eight (48) hours after giving the Contractor notice in writing, proceed to repair or replace such property as may be deemed necessary at the Contractor's expense. Contractor shall reimburse the District within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice from the District detailing the expenditures to be reimbursed. F. In the event the Company has reason to believe that the Interconnecting Customer’s installation may be the source of problems on the Company EPS, the Company has the right to install monitoring equipment at a mutually agreed upon location to determine the source of the problems. If the Facility is determined to be the source of the problems, the Company may require disconnection as outlined in Section 7.0 of this Interconnection Tariff . General Operating Requirements. The Interconnection Customer shall follow the Distribution Provider’s switching, tagging, permitting and lockout procedures (Distribution Provider Standard Protection Code), which the Distribution Provider will provide to the Interconnection Customer. From time to time, the Generating Facility may be prevented from operating due to system reliability, disturbance, maintenance, or emergency requirements.
General Operating Requirements. (a) Scope of Work - the Utility shall provide all Services within the Franchise Area 24 hours a day and 365 days each year during the Term, and in so doing, the Utility shall: (i) provide full-time, continuous and effective management of the Facilities at all times; (ii) ensure adequate staffing levels are in place at all times, including adequate supervisory, administrative, customer service, technical, operational and maintenance staff; (iii) supply and ensure the availability of all necessary tools, equipment and transportation facilities; and DRAFT (iv) exercise Good Industry Practice in operating and maintaining the Facilities, to the extent not contrary to any Regulatory Requirements;
