Delivery & Distribution. Lessee shall be required to select and employ a qualified logistics provider for the delivery & distribution of concession inventories from the on-Airport centralized receiving and distribution facility. Lessee shall work closely with the selected logistics provider to develop operating guideless and procedures for Lessee’s Concessions Program to meet the logistical and storage requirements of the Concessions Program. Any contract between the Lessee and its selected logistics provider shall be non-exclusive. The Lessor reserves the right to contract with and allow other tenants of the Airport to utilize the services of the logistics provider. In addition to the operating agreement between the Selected Proponent and its logistics provider, the logistics provider shall be required to enter into a lease and concession contract with for the space and facilities directly with the Lessor, subject to approval by the Maryland Board of Public Works. All delivery inventories shall be packaged within sealed containers and transported in a manner that eliminates spillage and avoids damage to the Airport Terminal Building. Lessee shall cause the logistics provider and its Sublessees to use only those delivery and receiving zones and routes established by the Administration (see Exhibit ). In the event Lessee (its employees, agents, servants, subcontractors, or Sublessees) cause damage to access doors, door frames, walls or floor areas of the Airport Terminal Building, the Administration may direct Lessee to undertake the maintenance, repair and/or replacement of areas, installations and improvements (e.g., doors, door frames, protective bumpers and walls) necessitated by the negligent acts or omissions of Lessee, its employees, agents, servants, subcontractors, or Sublessees, at Lessee’s expense. Notwithstanding the previous paragraph, in the event Lessee (its employees, agents, servants, subcontractors, or Sublessees) causes damage to access doors, door frames and adjacent walls located at secured areas of the Airport Terminal Building, and there is immediate need for those doors, door frames and/ or adjacent walls to be repaired in order that the Airport remain in compliance with federal requirements, the Administration shall make said repairs and shall invoice Lessee for the repairs. Delivery & Distribution. 4.1 Replacement—When a physician administers the requested INJECTABLE medications in the physician's office, to a Member, PHARMACY will replace the medication within * from receipt of the physician's order. For faster replacement, orders received by 12:00 pm will be delivered the next business day. 4.2 Just in Time—Physicians may also utilize this program as a "Just in Time" program. The physician will order the INJECTABLE medications to be delivered prior to the patient's appointment. The physician will need to order the INJECTABLE medication at least * prior to the Member's appointment. Just-in-Time medications are to be delivered between * business days prior to the Member's appointment and * business days prior to the Member's appointment. 4.3 Member Self-Administration—At a physician's discretion the INJECTABLE medication may be delivered directly to a Member for self-administration at the Member's home.
