Delivery of Licensed Materials. FLVS agrees to deliver to Customer one (1) copy of the most current release available by request of the Licensed Materials. The Documentation will be provided solely in the English Language except in cases where FLVS has specifically provided for foreign language documentation.
Delivery of Licensed Materials. In accordance with the schedule set forth in the Development Plan, Contractor will deliver, on-line as part of the System, any Licensed Materials that are to be used by Authorized Users. In addition, Contractor will deliver hard copies of such Licensed Materials to any Authorized User who requests same, the aggregate total of which shall not exceed 10,000. Contractor will pay all handling charges associated with such delivery of the Licensed Materials, although DCH will pay the cost of postage.
Delivery of Licensed Materials. Tridium will deliver the software directly to the Purchaser in an electronic file format by making the same available for download by Customer, or if expressly agreed by Tridium, by shipment of a CD-ROM or such other means as determined by Tridium. Any such shipment will be made in accordance with the provisions for delivery of Hardware set forth above.

Delivery of Licensed Materials. Within forty-five (45) days following the Effective Date, 3Com will deliver to JD a complete and current set of the Palm Software, Palm Development Environment and Palm Materials.
Delivery of Licensed Materials. 3.1 ADS shall deliver to MCY the Licensed Materials promptly upon the execution hereof by MCY. All deliveries will be made to MCY at the address of MCY set forth in this Agreement. MCY acknowledges that the Licensed Materials may be provided in printed and/or electronic form.
3.2 MCY acknowledges that the Licensed Materials do not include any software, specifications, designs, documentation or any other products belonging to any third party, other than such as may be licensed to ADS and that ADS is entitled to sublicense to MCY as part of the Licensed Materials, and MCY shall be responsible at its own expense for obtaining directly from any third party such licenses or other rights to any software or other third party products that MCY will require from time to time for use in conjunction with any of the Licensed Materials and for installing configuring, maintaining and using any such products. ADS does not warrant which software products that MCY will require in order to use the Licensed Materials for its intended purposes, nor does ADS make any representation or warranty to MCY as to the availability or prices of any software or other products that MCY will require for use with the Licensed Materials, provided, however, that upon request by MCY and at MCY's expense, ADS will provide reasonable information to assist MCY in obtaining such products. MCY also acknowledges that it will be responsible at its own expense for selecting, procuring, configuring and maintaining any hardware products that will be required by MCY for use with the Licensed Materials, provided that upon request by MCY and at MCY's expense, ADS will provide reasonable information to assist MCY in selecting and configuring hardware products to be used with the Licensed Materials.
Delivery of Licensed Materials. Within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Agreement, the Licensor agrees to begin providing ProQuest with complimentary copies of each current issue or edition of the Licensed Materials at the time they are published or first become available. One copy of each back issue will be furnished upon ProQuest’s request at no cost to
Delivery of Licensed Materials. Buyer shall deliver to Seller within --------------------------------- thirty (30) days of the Closing Date the electronic sources for documentation, if available, and the source code for the Mathconnex component as included in Mathcad version 7 (and prior versions of such component technology including the source code, build environment, modified build tools for flex and yacc/bison and test suite, third party freeware, and the electronic sources for documentation to the extent the same are retrievable from archived storage using commercially reasonable efforts) as they exist as of the date of this Agreement.
Delivery of Licensed Materials. 3.1. NRP will, within 60 days after the Effective Date, deliver Licensed Materials to the Showstar delivery address set forth on Schedule C hereto via magnetic media in the form and format determined by NRP (or as otherwise agreed between NRP and Showstar).
3.2. Subsequent to the delivery of Licensed Materials as specified in Section 3.1, no updates or enhancements to the Licensed Materials will be delivered during the Initial Term. In the event that this Agreement is renewed after the Initial Term, NRP will deliver to Showstar subsequent editions of the Licensed Materials within 3 months after initial commercial publication thereof.
Delivery of Licensed Materials. 2.1 TU shall, at its expense, deliver to Licensee all Licensed Materials, including updates thereto consisting of all changes, additions and modifications to the Licensed Materials since the most recent delivery of Licensed Materials to Licensee ("Updates').
2.2 Initial delivery of the Licensed Materials to Licensee shall be made as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date hereof. Thereafter, TU shall deliver Updates to Licensee on a monthly basis. In addition, TU shall deliver a full reload of the Licensed Materials to Licensee no less frequently than three times annually which shall consist of an entire replacement of the Licensed Materials delivered under this Agreement and all changes, additions and modifications to the Licensed Materials since either the initial delivery of Licensed Materials to Licensee or the prior full reload of the Licensed Materials which was delivered to Licensee, as the case may be.
2.3 TV shall use all reasonable efforts to transmit accurate and reliable information and data. TU does not warrant or guarantee that Licensed Materials are accurate, complete or up-to-date, and TU sh'ail incur no liability to Licensee with respect thereto, whether direct or indirect, and whether or not based upon the acts or omissions of TU or its officers, employees, agents, or any third party contractors or suppliers of TU.
2.4 TU MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED. TU EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY WARRANTIES THAT THE LICENSED MATERIALS COMPLY WITH ANY FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL LAW OIL REGULATION NOT SPECIFICALLY RECITED HEREIN. TV HEREPY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL SUCH OTHER WARRANTIES.
