Delivery of Licensed Products. Neither SCEA nor any Designated Manufacturing Facility shall have an obligation to store completed Units of Licensed Products. Publisher may either specify a mode of delivery or allow Designated Manufacturing Facility to select a mode of delivery.

Delivery of Licensed Products. Sony shall have no obligation to store completed units of Licensed Products. Delivery of Licensed Products shall be in accordance with the Specifications. Title, risk of loss, or damage in transit to any and all Licensed Products manufactured by Sony pursuant to Licensee's orders shall vest in Licensee immediately upon delivery to the carrier.

Delivery of Licensed Products. Upon execution of this Agreement by both parties, GDE shall within thirty (30) days deliver to Vista the Licensed Products. Vista understands and acknowledges that the Licensed Products may have been developed through GDE's independent research and development funds and therefore is provided on an "AS IS" basis. Vista further understands and acknowledges that the ability to use the Licensed Products provided herein may be dependent upon utilizing other third party technology, which is not being provided to Vista by GDE under the terms of this Agreement.

The foregoing procedure shall be repeated until COMPAQ either accepts the LICENSED SOFTWARE or, at its sole discretion, eliminates the LICENSED SOFTWARE from the current bundle. Elimination from the bundle shall not automatically terminate this agreement.
