Development Funds definition

Development Funds means any and all amounts raised by the parties ----------------- under Section 4.1 below or expended by GE under Section 4.2 below, for the purpose of funding Development Costs.
Development Funds means all development funds and moneys directly related to programmes or projects;
Development Funds means funds advanced by the Partners to the Partnership pursuant to Section 4.3 (and any funds expended by any Partner, or Affiliate thereof, on behalf of the Project prior to the Effective Date as the case may be) to fund the cost of the time charges, expenses, expenditures, commitment fees and deposits, cancellation fees and deposits, and other fees and deposits incurred, expended or accrued by the Partnership or any Partner or Affiliate thereof on behalf of the Partnership and included in the Partnership Budget for the Development Period.

More Definitions of Development Funds

Development Funds means all cash, rent subsidies, gross Development income, bank accounts, certificates of deposit, trust funds, reserves, escrows, accounts receivable, and other similar assets of the Development, but excluding security deposits that, pursuant to contract or law, the Borrower is, or may be, required to return to a Tenant.
Development Funds means any and all Loan proceeds disbursed in accordance with the Note and this Agreement.
Development Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
Development Funds means (i) the proceeds from the sale of the Preferred Stock to Genentech to be spent by Alkermes in accordance with the 1999/2000 Development Budget, plus (ii) any development expenses incurred by Alkermes in the years 1999 or 2000 that are included in the 1999/2000 Development Budget and that exceed such proceeds.
Development Funds means, at any point in time, the aggregate of (i) proceeds of the Permitted Loan and Capital Contributions which have been funded to the Partnership, (ii) Operating Revenue of the Partnership and
Development Funds has the meaning set forth in Section 12.1(a).

Related to Development Funds

  • Development Contribution means the provision made by a developer under a planning agreement, being payment of a monetary contribution, the dedication of land, the carrying out of a work-in-kind, the provision of a material public benefit to be used for or applied towards a public purpose, or any combination of the above.

  • Improvement Fund means the Improvement Fund for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • Development Activities means those Development activities undertaken by or on behalf of a Party or its Affiliates with respect to the Product in the Field.

Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • Economic development project means land and existing or planned improvements suitable for use by an industrial or commercial enterprise, or housing development, or the protection of the environment, including, but not limited to, groundwater or surface water. Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.
