Delivery of Rent Payments. All rent due under this Sublease shall be made payable to the County of Santa Xxxx, and shall be considered paid when delivered to: County of Santa Xxxx- Real Property Section 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx 000 Santa Cruz, California 00000 (000) 000-0000 County may, at any time, by written notice to Sublessee, designate a different address to which Sublessee shall deliver the rent payments. County may, but is not obligated to, send rent invoices to Sublessee.
Delivery of Rent Payments. Lessee shall make one combined Rent payment for all Rent due under any Facilities Lease. Lessee shall include a schedule of Facilities Leases for which Rent is being paid with each combined Rent payment. Lessee is solely responsible for timely payment of Rent and City will not send rent invoices to Lessee.
Delivery of Rent Payments. Commencing on the Rent Commencement Date, Rent shall be paid by Lessee to City on or before the first day of each calendar month of the term, pursuant to Article 1, Section 2, Term of Lease, herein. In the event the commencement or termination date of this Lease falls on any date other than the first day of the calendar month, the applicable rental for that month shall be calculated pro rata according to the number of days during which the Premises, or any part of same, were occupied by Xxxxxx during said month. All payments shall include the contract number, which is stamped on the first page of this Lease, on each payment check and the remittance advice attached to the invoice, if any, delivered to Lessee by City. Upon written approval by the Chief Executive Officer (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned), Lessee may be approved to make electronic rental payments to the City.

Mailed payments shall be deemed paid upon the date the payment is postmarked by the postal authorities. If postmarks are illegible, the payment shall be deemed received only upon actual receipt. City may, but is not obligated to, send monthly rent invoices to Lessee.

Delivery of Rent Payments. All rent due under this Lease shall be made payable to the City of Reno, and shall be considered paid when delivered to the Lease Administrator at the address listed in Schedule 1 above. Lessor may, at any time, by written notice to Lessee, designate a different address to which Lessee shall deliver the rent payments.
