Demolition Plan. Landlord, at Landlord’s sole cost, shall cause an Approved Architect and the Engineer to prepare the Demolitions Plans for each floor of the Premises (also, the “Plans”, and individually a “Plan”).

Demolition Plan. (1) The HOPE VI Demolition Plan consists of the exhibits of the HOPE VI demolition grant application submitted in response to the HOPE VI NOFA and approved by HUD, and (2) any submissions requested and approved by HUD in connection with the Demolition Activities (including a revised budget, approval of a Section 202 Conversion Plan, etc.), after initial approval of the HOPE VI Demolition Grant Application.
