Demonstration Accounts. You acknowledge and agree that if you have a demonstration account, in addition to all other obligations set forth herein, you will ensure that under no circumstances you are accessing active specialists and active data, and that at all times you utilize test specialists and test data for all demonstrations.
Demonstration Accounts. (1) Company will provide, as of the Effective Date, demonstration accounts, logins and passwords for use and allocation by Sprint at Sprint’s sole discretion, for Sprint sales force, direct and indirect, to use and demonstrate to potential customers, Sprint Users, at Sprint’s Executive Briefing Center, at tradeshows and other Sprint marketing events. Number of demonstration accounts to be determined mutually by Sprint and Company. Sprint will actively distribute Company demo accounts to all Sprint Sales and Sales Support staff. If applicable, Company will also provide licenses/access to a demonstration version of the PC features and functionality of each Application. Number of such PC demonstration accounts to be mutually determined by Sprint and Company
Demonstration Accounts. We may, in our discretion, provide you with a limited number of subscriptions to one or more of our Services for your internal use, including for demonstration purposes. In that event, the Terms of Service at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/legal-center/terms-of-service/business (“Terms of Service”) will apply to such use.
Demonstration Accounts. GoAmerica shall provide to Sony [**] service accounts to be used in the marketing and promotion of the Sony Service as Sony sees fit. Sony is responsible for purchasing the Wireless Modems for these service accounts. Additionally, GoAmerica will provide "demonstration accounts" for authorized Sony retailers of the Handheld [**] to Sony and at GoAmerica's cost to the retailer. Such accounts shall not be deemed "Subscriptions" for purposes of either Sections 7 or 8.
Demonstration Accounts. HealthStream shall provide IDX with a reasonable number of demonstration accounts so that IDX may demonstrate the T.NAV(R) iCommerce system to prospective customers.
