Demonstration Plan. The goal of this task is to develop a Demonstration Plan that encompasses fueling, operations, and maintenance to ensure success of vehicle testing. • Ensure hydrogen fuel is available for operational testing at each demonstration site. • Fuel H2BUGs with green electrolytic hydrogen if it is available at refueling locations. • Prepare and submit the Demonstration Plan that will include, but is not limited to: o The Fueling Plan defining the hydrogen requirements, schedule, and other details specific to the hydrogen storage design. o The Operations Plan documenting all testing procedures for the demonstration of both project vehicles, including, but is not limited to: ▪ Test sites and schedule; ▪ Vehicle transportation between test sites; ▪ Vehicle and test site set up procedures; ▪ Relevant safety considerations; and ▪ Vehicle removal and test site tear down procedures. • Prepare the Maintenance Plan documenting the preventative maintenance schedule and process flow for responding to issues encountered during the demonstration. • Demonstration Plan • Maintenance Plan

Demonstration Plan. The goal of this subtask is to develop a Demonstration Plan that encompasses fueling, operations, and maintenance to ensure the success of the 12-month demonstration with the demonstration fleet partner. • Ensure hydrogen fuel is available at the demonstration site for a minimum of 12 months. • Prepare and submit the Demonstration Plan that includes: o The Fueling Plan defining the hydrogen fueling requirements, schedule, and other details specific to the hydrogen storage design. o The Operations Plan documenting all necessary procedures for the demonstration of the HyFCTs, including but not limited to: ▪ Test site and schedule; ▪ Vehicle transportation to/from test site; ▪ Vehicle and test site set up procedures; and ▪ Relevant safety considerations. o The Maintenance Plan documenting the preventative maintenance schedule and process flow for responding to issues encountered during the demonstration. • Demonstration Plan (draft and final)
Demonstration Plan. Within 60 days after the selection of the site under this paragraph to be the location of a demonstration project, the Adminis- trator shall establish a final demonstration plan for the project, based upon the dem- onstration plan contained in the application for the project. Such plan shall clearly set forth how and when the demonstration project will be carried out.

  • Compliance Plan (1) This paragraph (h) applies to any portion of the contract that— (i) Is for supplies, other than commercially available off-the-shelf items, acquired outside the United States, or services to be performed outside the United States; and (ii) Has an estimated value that exceeds $500,000.   • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Implementation of Corrective Action Plan After the Corrective Action Plan is finalized, the Purchasers shall use reasonable best efforts to implement the finalized Corrective Action Plan on the timeline set forth therein and provide periodic reports (as provided for therein) to the Sellers on the status of their implementation of the Corrective Action Plan.

  • Transition Plan In the event of termination by the LHIN pursuant to this section, the LHIN and the HSP will develop a Transition Plan. The HSP agrees that it will take all actions, and provide all information, required by the LHIN to facilitate the transition of the HSP’s clients.

  • Human and Financial Resources to Implement Safeguards Requirements The Borrower shall make available necessary budgetary and human resources to fully implement the EMP and the RP.

  • Emergency Mode Operation Plan Contractor must establish a documented plan to enable continuation of critical business processes and protection of the security of electronic County PHI or PI in the event of an emergency. Emergency means any circumstance or situation that causes normal computer operations to become unavailable for use in performing the work required under this Agreement for more than twenty-four (24) hours.

  • Management Plan The Management Plan is the description and definition of the phasing, sequencing and timing of the major Individual Project activities for design, construction procurement, construction and occupancy as described in the IPPA.
