Project Performance Metrics Sample Clauses

Project Performance Metrics. The goal of this subtask is to finalize key performance targets for the project based on feedback from the TAC and report on final results in achieving those targets. The performance targets should be a combination of scientific, engineering, techno-economic, and/or programmatic metrics that provide the most significant indicator of the research or technology’s potential success. The Recipient shall: • Complete and submit the project performance metrics from the Initial Project Benefits Questionnaire, developed in the Evaluation of Project Benefits task, to the CAM. • Present the draft project performance metrics at the first TAC meeting to solicit input and comments from the TAC members. • Develop and submit a TAC Performance Metrics Summary that summarizes comments received from the TAC members on the proposed project performance metrics. The TAC Performance Metrics Summary will identify: o TAC comments the Recipient proposes to incorporate into the Initial Project Benefits Questionnaire, developed in the Evaluation of Project Benefits task. o TAC comments the Recipient does not propose to incorporate with and explanation why. • Develop and submit a Project Performance Metrics Results document describing the extent to which the Recipient met each of the performance metrics in the Final Project Benefits Questionnaire, developed in the Evaluation of Project Benefits task. • Discuss the Project Performance Metrics Results at the Final Meeting.
