Dental Program. A dental program shall be provided by the Board for all employees in the bargaining unit. The dependents of bargaining unit members may be covered for primary or secondary coverage. Both parties agree that the Board has the right to require employees seeking primary dependent dental coverage to attest that their dependents are not receiving primary coverage from another source. A. For individual coverage, the Board will pay the 85% of the monthly premium for full-time employees and pay a proportional amount for less than full-time employees. B. For full-time employees who qualify for primary dependent (family) coverage, the Board will pay $10 of the additional monthly premium, and the Board will pay a proportional amount for less than full-time employees. When all dependents are receiving secondary coverage, the entire monthly premium of the dependent coverage shall be paid by the employee.
