Dental Program. Subject to 6 (a), (b) and (c) the Company agrees to reimburse employees for the full cost of dental work (excluding orthodontics) required by the employee, his or her current spouse living at home and the employee's children under the age of twenty- one (21), living at home, attending school and not employed.
