Department’s Data. 8.1 The Contractor shall employ appropriate organisational, operational and technological processes and procedures to keep the Department’s Data safe from unauthorised use or access, loss, destruction, theft or disclosure. The organisational, operational and technological processes and procedures adopted are required to comply with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001 as appropriate to the services being provided to the Department. 8.2 The Contractor shall not delete or remove any proprietary notices contained within or relating to the Department’s Data. 8.3 The Contractor shall not store, copy, disclose, or use the Department’s Data except as necessary for the performance by the Contractor of its obligations under this Contract or as otherwise expressly authorised in writing by the Department. 8.4 To the extent that the Department’s Data is held and/or processed by the Contractor, the Contractor shall supply that the Department’s Data to the Department as requested by the Department in the format specified by the Department. 8.5 The Contractor shall take responsibility for preserving the integrity of the Department’s Data and preventing the corruption or loss of the Department’s Data. 8.6 The Contractor shall ensure that any files containing the Department’s Data are stored on the Contractor’s secure servers and/or secured IT equipment. The Contractor shall ensure that the Department’s Data relating to the project is segregated from other data on their IT systems. 8.7 The Contractor shall not keep the Department’s Data on any laptop or other removable drive or device unless that laptop, other removable drive or device is protected by being fully encrypted and password protected, and the use of the device or laptop is necessary for the provision of the services set out in the Contract. Laptops should have full disk encryption using either a CESG (Communications Electronic Security Group) CAPS approved product or alternatively a product that complies with the FIPS 140-2 Standard. USB devices used for transferring the Department’s Data should be encrypted to the FIPS 140-2 Standard. 8.8 The Contractor shall keep an audit trail of where the Department’s Data is held, including hardware, laptops, drives and devices. 8.9 The Contractor shall ensure that the Department’s Data is stored in locked cabinets. 8.10 The Contractor shall ensure that the Department’s Data is securely removed from their systems and any printed copies securely destroyed at the end of this wo...

As part of the tender process the Contractor has submitted its current levels of compliance with the Department’s data security requirements (table B) as set out in the attached table A at Schedule 3. The Contractor is to continue to maintain those standards of compliance whilst delivering the Services. Moreover, it has been agreed that the Contractor will work with its Sub- Contractors to achieve similar levels of compliance across the consortium. The Contractor’s Contract Manager will oversee this process and feedback to the Department as part of regular contract meetings, any costs associated with meeting and maintaining these standards will be absorbed by the Contractor and it’s Sub Contractors. 27.2 The Contractor shall not delete or remove any proprietary notices contained within or relating to the Department’s Data. 27.3 The Contractor shall not store, copy, disclose, or use the Department’s Data except as necessary for the performance by the Contractor of its obligations under this Contract or as otherwise expressly authorised in writing by the Department.   • Departments Each teaching member shall belong to one home department. Departments of a university shall be established by the University administration with the advice of the Senate according to criteria of commonality of interest and academic purpose, without any numerical limits on size. Divisions or other major groupings of departments with some common interest may also be formed. 5.14.1 Interdisciplinary academic programs may also be established by the University Administration with the advice of the Senate following consultation with appropriate faculty bodies. Members who teach in or direct such programs shall remain members of their home departments.

  • Department Review The parties shall resolve disputes through written submission of their dispute to the Department’s Contract Manager. The Department shall respond to the dispute in writing within ten (10) Business Days from the date that the Department’s Contract Manager receives the dispute. The Department’s decision shall be final unless a party provides the other party with written notice of the party’s disagreement with the decision within ten (10) Business Days from the date of the Department’s decision.   • Criminal Records Bureau Checks The Academy shall comply with the requirements of paragraph 4 of the Schedule to the Education (Independent School Standards) (England) Regulations 2003 (as amended) in relation to carrying out enhanced criminal records checks, obtaining enhanced criminal records certificates and making any further checks, as required and appropriate for members of staff, supply staff, individual Governors and the Chair of the Governing Body.

  • Public Works Installation work which is considered public works is excluded from purchase under this Contract. Historically, the New York State Bureau of Public Works has maintained that installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment attached to any wall, ceiling, or floor, or affixed by hard wiring or plumbing is public work. In contrast, installation of a piece of equipment which is portable or a “plug-in” free-standing unit would not be considered public work. Thus, this Contract does not authorize installation where the equipment becomes a permanent part of the building structure, or is otherwise incorporated into the fabric of the building (e.g. installation on a wall, ceiling, or floor in a fixed location, or affixed by hard-wiring or plumbing).   • Cooperation on forestry matters and environmental protection 1.   • Authoritative Root Database To the extent that ICANN is authorized to set policy with regard to an authoritative root server system (the “Authoritative Root Server System”), ICANN shall use commercially reasonable efforts to (a) ensure that the authoritative root will point to the top-­‐level domain nameservers designated by Registry Operator for the TLD, (b) maintain a stable, secure, and authoritative publicly available database of relevant information about the TLD, in accordance with ICANN publicly available policies and procedures, and (c) coordinate the Authoritative Root Server System so that it is operated and maintained in a stable and secure manner; provided, that ICANN shall not be in breach of this Agreement and ICANN shall have no liability in the event that any third party (including any governmental entity or internet service provider) blocks or restricts access to the TLD in any jurisdiction.
