Deployment of Mobile ATMs and its Operations and Management. To esnure automated banking servics in the most outreach area, RISL may establish some mobile ATMs too. Selectd bidder has to operate and maintain the Mobile ATMs and provide banking service at the identified areas. Route plan for the Mobile ATM would be provided by RISL or district admintsration. Mobile ATM will operate atleast 25 days in a month and for a minimum of 500 Kms. in a month. Selected bidder shall ensure adequate supply of the cash for the ATM. Amount paid towards toll tax and parking shall be reimbursed upon submission of actual receipt along with quarterly invoices by RISL. Any fine because of illegal parking of mobile van/ Challan for not following traffic rules shall be borne by selected bidder. Cost of logbook & timely authorization of logbook upon each visit/travel by appropriate authority shall be responsibility of selected bidder. The driver provided by bidder should possess a valid driving license. (Specification is given in RFP however, final branded vehicle may have some deviations as agreed by bidder and RISL).Normally route plan will be so chalked out that it facilitate benficary in the cathment area for withdrawls at Rate Contract for End to End Deployment and Managed Services of ATMs fixed days (frequency) as the visit be made regularly. Mobile VAN having ATM should be adequately branded, having miking and Audio & Video facility, easy entry for the common man. Internet Connectivity and Power for mobile ATMs shall also be provided by selected bidder. Other managed services for mobile ATMs shall be as described above. Note: RISL intends to provide mobile ATM services in the most outreach areas and it is proposed that 30% of the total ATMs may be deployed on Mobile VAN. However, if required, RISL may at its sole discretion decide to reduce the number of mobile ATM Van to be deployed.   • Network Maintenance and Management 36.1 The Parties will work cooperatively to implement this Agreement. The Parties will exchange appropriate information (for example, maintenance contact numbers, network information, information required to comply with law enforcement and other security agencies of the Government, escalation processes, etc.) to achieve this desired result.

  • RECORDS MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE 35 A. CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees and subcontractors shall, throughout the term 36 of this Agreement, prepare, maintain and manage records appropriate to the services provided and in 37 accordance with this Agreement and all applicable requirements.

  • Safe Operations Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an NTO may take, or cause to be taken, such action with respect to the operation of its facilities as it deems necessary to maintain Safe Operations. To ensure Safe Operations, the local operating rules of the ITO(s) shall govern the connection and disconnection of generation with NTO transmission facilities. Safe Operations include the application and enforcement of rules, procedures and protocols that are intended to ensure the safety of personnel operating or performing work or tests on transmission facilities.

  • Service Monitoring Customer gives express consent for Vodafone to monitor Customer’s use of the Service (and disclose and otherwise use the information obtained) only to: (a) the extent allowed by Applicable Law; (b) comply with Applicable Law; (c) protect the Network from misuse; (d) protect the integrity of the public internet and/or Vodafone’s systems and Networks; (e) the extent necessary to determine if Customer has breached any conditions or restrictions on use of the Service; (f) provide the Service; and/or (g) take other actions agreed or requested by Customer.
