Installation certificate definition

Installation certificate means the certificate issued by a WT24/7 installer certifying that the product has been successfully installed in the vehicle.

Installation certificate means a certificate issued by or on behalf of Vicon confirming that the Goods and (if relevant) Computer Software and/or Third Party Software have been properly installed.

Installation certificate means a certificate provided by the Lessee in a form acceptable to the Lessor and shall include a description of the relevant Goods, the Installation Date, the relevant purchase price, and a repetition of the representations and warranties contained herein.

• In absence of Performance Bank Guarantee, 90% payment will be released against presentation of shipping documents & balance 10% payment will be released after satisfactory Installation certificate issued by the user department and against submission of Performance Bank Guarantee of 10% order value valid for a period of 62 months from the dated of satisfactory Installation certificate issued by the user department.

• Failing which, 90% PAYMENT WILL BE RELEASED AFTER INSTALLATION & BALANCE 10% PAYMENT WILL BE RELEASED AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD, orearlier against submission of Performance Bank Guarantee of 10%order value valid for a period of 15 months from the date of satisfactory Installation certificate issued by the user department.

• Submitted document should be supported with· Work order / supply order copy · Proof of installation (Installation certificate / Service report duly signed by the hospital / healthcare facility) against the work order OR · Proof of payment against supply and installation against the work order that the bidder have supplied medical equipment in Hospitals in India during the last 3 (three) calendar Years 3.

• CEBG shall be kept valid until 30 days after the date of Installation certificate, which will be issued on completion of Installation of equipment which includes Erection, Commissioning, Job proving, Performance tests, Training to operators etc.
