Call Back From Vacation (a) Employees who have commenced their annual vacation shall not be called back to work, except in cases of extreme emergency.

Unused Escrow Funds In the event that a Closing does not occur when required under the Contract, or in the event that the Closing does occur but Escrow Funds remain in an account with Escrow Agent, the Escrow Agent shall notify OPWC in writing promptly thereafter. Salary Impact of Reallocation An employee whose position is reallocated will have their salary determined as follows:

If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation.
Call Back Pay 1. When an employee returns to work because of an agency/department request made after the employee has completed his or her normal work shift and left the work station, the employee shall be credited with four (4) hours work plus any hours of work in excess of four (4) hours in which the employee is continuously engaged in work for which he or she was called back.
Commitment Charge; Credit (a) The Borrower shall pay a commitment charge on the unwithdrawn amount of the Loan at the rate and on the terms specified in the Loan Agreement.
