– DESIGN 3. 8.1. The design of the building and its structure and elements must be to the minimum standard of mechanical performance laid down from time to time in the appropriate Codes of Practice or Building Regulations. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that this is so. 3.8.2. The design of the roof on which the Goods are used should be free draining, laid to falls and conform to current Codes of Practice and relevant Building Regulation in force at that time. 3.8.3. Any damage to the building or roof caused as a result of the Goods becoming submerged in water is excluded from the scope of this Warranty. 3.8.4. Third Party Products and any other materials used or present in the application and their effect on the performance of the Goods arenot the responsibility of Xxxxxxxxx. The designer and contractor are responsible for checking and verifying that the performance of the Goods will not be adversely affected by other materials used.
– DESIGN 3 address Objectives 1 and 2, priority species B In Design 3 we assume that only the northeastern offshore spotted dolphin and the eastern spinner dolphin are of interest so that the western and southern regions within the ETP need not be surveyed. This could allow precision similar to previous surveys to be achieved with fewer resources. We will assume that the survey region will be the CORE, CORE2 and NORTH COASTAL strata of the last two surveys (Figure 1). During previous ETP surveys, effort within these three strata combined (~12,100km for STAR06, Table 4) was similar compared to the effort in the OUTER and SOUTH COASTAL strata combined (~9,200km for STAR06).
