Designated Contact and Cooperation. Each party will designate in each SOW an individual who will be the primary point of contact between the parties for all matters relating to the Professional Services to be performed thereunder. Customer will cooperate with Acquia, will provide Acquia with accurate and complete information, will provide Acquia with such assistance and access as Acquia may reasonably request, and will fulfill its responsibilities as set forth in this Agreement and the applicable SOW. If applicable, while on Customer premises for Professional Services, Acquia personnel shall comply with reasonable Customer rules and regulations regarding safety, conduct, and security made known to Acquia.

Nuvolo Affiliates and contractors may perform certain aspects of the Professional Services hereunder provided that Nuvolo remains fully liable for same and responsible for ensuring that any of Nuvolo’s obligations under this Agreement performed by its Affiliates and contractors are carried out in accordance with this Agreement. If applicable, while on Customer premises, Nuvolo personnel shall comply with reasonable Customer rules and regulations regarding safety, conduct, and security made known to Nuvolo.

Designated Contact and Cooperation. Subscriber may identify on each Order Form a Designated Contact who will have authority (but not necessarily exclusive authority) to make decisions for Subscriber regarding issues such as design and content approval. Certain Services require collaboration between Subscriber and 9AM Monday, and Subscriber agrees to provide 9AM Monday the assistance, cooperation and information reasonably necessary for 9AM Monday to fulfill its obligations hereunder. Subscriber agrees that it will not compete with or disparage a 9AM Monday entity. Or otherwise attempt to harm or interfere with 9AM Monday 's business interests, during the Agreement term.
