Content Approval. All content will be thoroughly vetted by the Academy / [DPG]. The Academy maintains full control over the planning, content and implementation of all educational programs including the selection of speakers, moderators and faculty. The Academy prohibits presentations that have as their purpose or effect promotion and/or advertising. Presentations designed primarily as describing commercially marketed programs, publications or products will not be accepted or tolerated. To this end, sponsors are prohibited from engaging in scripting or targeting commercial or promotional points for specific emphasis, or other actions designed to infuse the overall content of the program with commercial or promotional messages. Statements made should not be viewed as, or considered representative of, any formal position taken on any product, subject, or issue by the Academy. Compensation: Compensation to Contributor will be $. Compensation will be paid in accordance with the following schedule: [Contributor will be paid within 30 days after approval of final draft]. Content Approval. During the various stages set forth above, Fox shall have approval rights over all content in the Exhibition, including all elements of the Exhibition containing the PSM and all elements containing generic elements, including but not limited to the manner in which such generic elements are integrated or juxtaposed with the PSM and the manner in which the PSM is integrated with educational and explanatory text (“Content Approval”). Upon request and to the extent available, Fox shall provide Licensee with style guide artwork on which Licensee shall base its schematic design and design development of the Property-themed elements in the Exhibition. Licensee shall submit samples to Fox for Content Approval during the schematic design, design development, and themed element stages of the development of the Exhibition. The samples may be submitted via actual sample, or a drawing, rendering or digital photograph thereof, provided that the manner of submission accurately depicts the scheme, concept, treatment, design, or themed element that is the subject of the Content Approval. Once a schematic design, concept, treatment design, or themed element is approved by Fox, Licensee shall not change, alter, or modify such element from the approved version. Any such change, alteration, or modification shall require additional Content Approval by Fox and shall be at Licensee’s sole cost and expense. Licensee agrees to maintain quality control standards commensurate with industry practice for all approved elements of the Exhibition during all stages of development and display of the Exhibition.
Content Approval. A. PRODUCER shall submit a written Disclosure of Intent to summarize specifics of the CONTENT subject to commercial use to include: (1) image(s), (2) placement, (3) distribution, (4) duration of time and (5) projected income. Upon approval by ACNC, the Disclosure of Intent will serve as Exhibit A to this AGREEMENT.
