Designated Sites. Designated Site(s) means the location(s) controlled by CCAi and listed in Appendix "1" to this Agreement.
Designated Sites. American may designate sites for purchase or lease from among the five sites listed on Schedule 1 hereto (the "PRIMARY SITES") or other additional sites after American has obtained options or other rights ("PROPERTY RIGHTS") that would enable VeraSun or its designee, as an assignee of American, to purchase or lease the sites (each, a "DESIGNATED SITE"); provided that American shall submit one of the Primary Sites to VeraSun for purchase or lease within three months after the date of this Agreement. The Property Rights must not expire earlier than 120 days after submission of a Designated Site for approval pursuant to Section 1.03 unless VeraSun otherwise agrees in writing.

Designated Sites. For each Phase at a Designated Site, after January 15, 1999, for each Phase, the Lessee's Basic Rent during the Lease Term for such Phase shall be payable for each Rental Period in arrears on the Rent Payment Date for such Rental Period in an amount equal to the sum of (A) the Scheduled Payment as to such Phase for such Rental Period plus (B) an amount accruing on the Scheduled Amount as to such Phase at the rate of 5.77% per annum for such Rental Period. Designated Sites. With respect to any Designated Sites that are exclusively funded by Partner, Eden shall attempt (where feasible) to place signage (in a form mutually agreed upon by Partner and Eden) at such Designated Sites indicating that Partner has funded the planting of trees at such Designated Sites, and which signage may include Eden’s and Partner’s Marks. “Marks” means the trademarks, service marks, trade names, business names, logos, internet domain names, or other proprietary designs and designations, including names and other distinctive marks or logos, which identify a Party.
Designated Sites. With respect to Designated Sites, the Parties agree as follows: a. the Minister will amend the Existing Designations to extend their terms to April 1, 2036 and will amend the name of Site 1 in the designation from “Upsowis” to “Upsowis West”. All of other terms and conditions of the Existing Designations remain unchanged; b. by signing this 2021 MOU, Ka:’yu:’k’t’h’/Chek’tles7et’h’ First Nations consents to the amendment of the Existing Designations, as contemplated by 2.13.2 of the Maa-nulthTreaty; c. the Parties will endeavour to work collaboratively to find replacement sites if any of the Existing Designations are amended or cancelled because the land is removed for regional infrastructure purposes as contemplated by 2.13.2 of the Maa-nulth Treaty; d. nothing in this 2021 MOU prevents Ka:’yu:’k’t’h’/Chek’tles7et’h’ First Nations from applying for commercial recreation tenures over areas larger than the Designated Sites or at other sites; and e. for greater certainty, Ka:’yu:’k’t’h’/Chek’tles7et’h’ First Nations: i. will not be required to pay a fee or rent related to any Designated Site; and ii. will be required to pay, in accordance with Provincial law and land disposition policy, any applicable fee or rent related to any commercial recreation tenure that may subsequently be applied for or issued in relation to a Designated Site.
Designated Sites. (a) The Software shall initially be used only at the Designated Site(s). Visa shall designate sites where the Software is to be installed upon Hardware supplied by Visa. Visa may designate up to seven (7) such sites. In the event that a Visa member or members banking organization which has been designated for a Pilot Program requires software features whose functionality, services or other requirements are substantially varied from those set forth in this Agreement and in the Functional Specification provided under this Agreement, then Visa and IFS shall agree upon specific and separate terms for such member or members. Such terms shall be incorporated into an addendum to this Agreement, which addendum shall be signed or initialed by both IFS and Visa. Once a site has been identified and designated, the parties shall note the location and other factors applicable to such site on Schedule B of this Agreement. It is anticipated that Schedule B will be amended during the course of this Agreement as Designated Sites are identified and designated by Visa. However, the failure to update Schedule B shall not have any effect upon the construction or enforcement of this Agreement. These Designated Sites may include Visa-owned processing facilities around the world, the processing sites of Visa's designated processing contractors, and the processing sites of members of Visa engaged in the Visa Cash Pilot Programs. (b) Licensee may transfer use of the Software from a current Designated Site to another location provided (i) Licensee has given prior written notice to IFS identifying the location of the new proposed Designated Site, and (ii) if required, IFS has obtained the consent of the export department of the United States Department of Commerce ("USDOC") for use of the Software at the proposed new Designated Site. Upon receipt of such written notice from Licensee specifying the proposed new Designated Site, IFS agrees to make the proper request to USDOC for such consent. Upon any change in a Designated Site in accordance with this Section 3.2(b), Licensee shall have the right to operate the Software concurrently at both the existing Designated Site and the new Designated Site during a conversion period not to exceed thirty (30) days, but in no event shall use of the Software at the new Designated Site begin prior to IFS having received the consent of USDOC, if such consent is required.
