The Supplier shall not use the Board’s waste disposal containers and the Supplier is responsible for the removal from our sites of all waste that they generate to an approved waste facility.
DESIGNATED SUBSTANCES a) Designated Substances, as listed in Regulation 490/09 made under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Ontario), including asbestos, lead, mercury, silica and others, are known to exist within board facilities.

DESIGNATED SUBSTANCES. The Town will provide the contractor with a list of designated substances present at the project site prior to the contract being signed. The contractor will provide each prospective subcontractor for the project with a list of designated substances that are present at the project site prior to the Contractor or subcontractor prior to entering into a contract.
