DETAILS OF THE PROPOSED. Private Placement The Proposed Private Placement entails the issuance of 20,467,000 Placement Shares, representing approximately 30% of the existing total number of KFM Shares in issue, to the Placement Investor at the Issue Price.
DETAILS OF THE PROPOSED. JV Ratification- Lot B Lands and Lot C Lands The Proposed JV Ratification – Lot B Lands comprises of six (6) pieces of lands with native title nos: NT 213021526, 213021535, 213021544, 213021562, 213021553 and 213021580 (also identified as Lot B1, B2, B3, B4, B5 and B6 respectively), District of Penampang. Pursuant thereto, SASB and Xxxxxxx had executed three (3) JVAs and four (4) MOS to include three (3) pieces of lands with native title nos: NT 213021571, NT 213206896 and part of NT 213021973 (also identified as Lot B7, C2 and C5 respectively), District of Penampang to undertake the JV Commercial Project Development, strictly conditional upon approval of the application for amalgamation, subdivision and conversion of the land titles from native title to country lease title or town lease land title. DETAILS OF THE PROPOSED. JTUA 3 For information purposes, LBT has a subsisting jetty terminal usage agreement dated 19 August 1999 and a supplemental agreement dated 12 April 2000 which was entered into with TNB Janamanjung Sdn Bhd (“TNBJ”) for the provision of import handling and delivery of coal to TNBJ from the Jetty (as defined herein) for the consumption of the three (3) units of 700 MW coal fired power plants, namely Manjung Unit 1, Manjung Unit 2 and Manjung Unit 3 constructed and operated by TNBJ located at Pulau Lekir 1, Telok Rubiah, District of Manjung in Perak Darul Ridzuan for an initial period of twenty five (25) years (“JTUA 1”) and another subsisting jetty terminal usage agreement dated 27 July 2012 which was also entered into with TNBJ for the provision of import handling and delivery of coal to TNBJ from the Jetty (as defined herein) for the consumption of the 1,010 MW coal fired power plant constructed and operated by TNBJ located at Pulau Xxxxx 0, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx of Manjung in Perak Darul Ridzuan for an initial period of twenty five (25) years (“JTUA 2”). The Proposed JTUA 3 involves the provision of the jetty comprising the jetty head, LBT Conveyor Lines (as defined herein), including the trestle, grab ship unloaders, all material handling and ancillary equipment and structures installed, owned, maintained, insured and operated by LBT on the parcel of land owned by LBT and waterbody areas (“Jetty”) and the New Additional Conveyor Line (as defined herein) by LBT and the provision of the Handling Services (as defined herein) by LBT for the import of coal for the consumption of the M5 Power Plant (“Coal”).   • Details of the Processing The subject-matter of Processing of Personal Data by Data Processor is the performance of the Services pursuant to the Agreement. The duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, as well as the types of Personal Data Processed and categories of Data Subjects under this DPA are further specified in Schedule 1 (Details of the Processing) to this DPA.

The Committee will be co-chaired by a representative from each bargaining agency. All correspondence to the committee will be sent to both co-chairs.

  • Proposed Personnel

  • SCOPE OF THE WORK The Contractor shall furnish all the materials, perform all of the Work, and do all things required by the Contract Documents.

  • Development of the Property Except as modified by this Agreement, the Development and the Property will be developed in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to the City’s ordinances and the zoning regulations applicable to the Property, and such amendments to City ordinances and regulations that that may be applied to the Development and the Property under Chapter 245, Texas Local Government Code, and good engineering practices (the “Applicable Regulations”). If there is a conflict between the Applicable Regulations and the Development Standards, the Development Standards shall control.

  • CLEC Requested Changes 58.9.1 CLEC may submit a request to negotiate and pay for changes in the content and format of the usage data transmitted by CenturyLink.
