DETERMINATION OF END OF DISTRIBUTION COMPLIANCE PERIOD. 5.1 In the case of a Tranche in respect of which there is only one Dealer, the Agent will determine the end of the Distribution Compliance Period in respect of the Tranche as being the fortieth day following the date determined and certified by the relevant Dealer to the Agent as being the date on which distribution of the Notes of that Tranche was completed.

DETERMINATION OF END OF DISTRIBUTION COMPLIANCE PERIOD. 5.01 In the case of a Tranche in respect of which there is only one Dealer, the Issuing and Paying Agent will determine the end of the Distribution Compliance Period in respect of such Tranche as being the fortieth day following the date certified by the Relevant Dealer to the Issuing and Paying Agent as being the date as of which distribution of the Covered Bonds of that Xxxxxxx was completed.
