Developer’s Project Manager. The Developer shall designate from time to time an employee of the Developer who is responsible for the Developer’s performance in the execution of the Project Agreement and who, prior to Final Completion, may be an employee of any Affiliate or an employee of the Design-Builder as the Developer’s construction manager (the “Developer’s Project Manager”), who shall be present on the Project Site with any necessary assistants on a full-time basis when the Developer or any Project Contractor or Subcontractor is performing the Design-Build Work. The Developer shall also designate a contact person from the Architect. The Developer’s Project Manager shall be appropriately trained, experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of the Design-Build Work so as to knowledgeably interact and communicate with the County and the Project Contractors and all Subcontractors regarding the Project and appropriately oversee the day-to-day performance of the Design-Build Work.   • City’s Project Manager The City’s Project Manager is Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx. The City shall give Contractor prompt written notice of any re-designation of its Project Manager.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.

Except as otherwise noted, Developer shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, permits (excluding DSA), fees, licenses, facilities, transportation, taxes, bonds and insurance, and services necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work, except as indicated herein.
