Dialogue at European level. An employment and expertise (GPEC) committee is formed. This is a forward-looking think tank geared to the exchange of views and information and will undertake transnational monitoring. It will normally meet twice a year. Staff representation will comprise a representative per country having at least two BUs. Representation will be supplemented by a further representative for every 10,000 employees for countries having more than 10,000 employees. Its main assignments will be to: - anticipate major industrial trends having, as appropriate, recourse to external experts, - anticipate the social developments linked to the Group’s main industrial, organisational and technological projects, - observe trends in the activity reference system, - monitor, in this respect, the implementation and results of the actions undertaken per country. Once a year, the SUEZ General Management shall present the company's strategy to the ECC body in accordance with article 1.3. of this agreement, together with a report of the actions carried out by country in the different subsidiary companies and European regions. On this occasion, the GPEC Commitee shall express their concerns and/or analyses of the situation and trends in the activities and employment within SUEZ.

This is a think-tank for prospective analysis, exchanging of ideas and sharing information; it shall monitor transnational issues relating to this agreement. It shall hold an ordinary meeting twice a year. Employee representation shall consist of one representative per country with at least two BUs (see appendix 1). For countries with more than 10,000 employees, this representation will be complemented by an additional member for each multiple of 10,000 employees. A deputy member shall be appointed for each full member to replace him/her in case of absence, and in this case shall have the same rights as the full member. . Its main tasks shall be to: o anticipate major industrial trends, with the possibility if necessary, of consulting external experts, o anticipate social developments related to the Group’s main industrial, organisational and technological projects, o observe trends in the activity reference system, o monitor, with this objective in mind, the implementation and the outcome of the various activities initiated in each country. o Examine demographic data on a European level Once a year, GDF SUEZ General Management shall present the company's strategy to the EWC, in accordance with Article 1.3 of this agreement, as well as a report on the activities carried out in each country, and in business lines. On this occasion, the GPEC Committee shall present its analyses of and/or concerns about the situation and evolution of jobs and activities within GDF SUEZ.

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.

  • Registry-­‐Level Fees (a) Registry Operator shall pay ICANN a registry-­‐level fee equal to (i) the registry fixed fee of US$6,250 per calendar quarter and (ii) the registry-­‐level transaction fee (collectively, the “Registry-­‐Level Fees”). Registry Operator’s obligation to pay the quarterly registry-­‐level fixed fee will begin on the date on which the TLD is delegated in the DNS to Registry Operator. The first quarterly payment of the registry-­‐level fixed fee will be prorated based on the number of calendar days between the delegation date and the end of the calendar quarter in which the delegation date falls.
