Dialogue procedure. Activities will be conducted together with the Trade Union organisations and staff representative bodies in the context of their legal prerogatives and through meetings organised specifically where necessary. Meetings called by Management will be paid as for working hours. Travelling and accommodation expenses will be charged to the employers. In any case, the legal prerogatives of the Trade Union organisations and staff representative bodies shall not be undermined by the development of policies and measures set down in this agreement. SUEZ, with the support of the GPEC Committees and management, shall implement methods of assessment and necessary measures to anticipate the foreseeable quantitative and qualitative trends in activities (growth/decline), regardless of the reasons for these trends: technology, markets, or strategy. Cooperation between all the participants is essential to ensure the success of professional development.

  • Discipline Procedure To ensure that there is no misunderstandings when discipline is to be administered the Parties shall adhere to the following procedure in each instance of discipline.

  • Promotion Procedure The rate of pay of an employee promoted shall be established in the new pay range at the nearest step which exceeds the existing rate by at least five (5) percent, but shall not exceed the maximum of that pay range except that whenever the rate of pay prior to promotion is above the maximum of the pay range established for the position to which the employee is being promoted, the present rate shall be retained.

  • Mediation Procedure The Chairman shall promptly advise the parties of a scheduled Mediation Hearing date. Unless a party requests an expedited procedure, or unless all parties to the proceeding agree to one or more extensions of time, the Mediation Hearing set forth below shall be completed within forty (40) days of BCBSA's receipt of the Complaint. The selected mediators, unless the parties otherwise agree, shall adhere to the following procedure:

  • Impasse Procedure 1. If negotiations are not successfully concluded by the first day of school, impasse shall exist. At any earlier time either party may declare impasse.   • Hearing Procedure Prior to initiating the hearing procedure, the school official, the parent(s) or the guardian may request a conference to provide an opportunity for the parent(s)/guardian(s) and school official(s) to discuss the situation, present information, obtain an explanation of data submitted in the application and the decisions rendered. Such a conference shall not in any way prejudice nor diminish the right to a fair hearing. The designated hearing official shall ensure that the hearing procedure provides the following for both the household and the LEA:

  • Informal Procedure A complaint may be presented informally to the administrator whose decision or action is being contested.

  • Selection Procedure 10.2.4.1 Internal applicants shall be defined as all applicants with seniority in accordance with Article 12.5.

  • Exclusive Procedure The grievance procedure set out above shall be exclusive and shall replace any other grievance procedure for adjustment of any disputes arising from the application and interpretation of this Agreement.
