Training Participants. Customer may substitute training participants by giving forty-eight (48) hour written notice to Imply prior to the commencement of the scheduled training. Imply reserves the right to exclude training participants from the class who are, in its reasonable opinion, causing disruption to such class. In the event of such exclusion no refund of any associated fees will be made. Imply does not allow Customers to have additional participants “audit” its training courses. Customer agrees to pay for any and all participants that are in the classroom at the time of training, including last minute participants and drop-ins.

Training Participants. An employment and expertise plan (GPEC) is reliant on adopting of a common vocabulary to allow all participants to work on the basis of joint definitions. To ensure the success of this step, a training and information engineering process shall, as a priority, be deployed for the employment and expertise (GPEC) participants, in particular at subsidiary company level for the teams involved in negotiating and monitoring the employment and expertise plan (GPEC) (management and staff representatives). SUEZ Management underwrites the resources necessary so that the training of staff representatives is carried out per country in coordination with the Trade Union organisation representatives at the EEC. This training will be founded on the present agreement and the common vocabulary provided for above. This provision shall not impede specific training operations carried out by the Trade Union organisations for their representatives.
Training Participants. The ADA Consultant, in consultation with the ADA Officer, shall establish a training program for all employees involved in direct patient assistance on the policies identified in Section V above, on disability awareness, and on providing equal access to medical services for patients with disabilities, including, among other things, the particular needs and concerns of patients with mobility impairments (“disability training”). Employees involved in direct patient assistance include, but are not limited to: doctors, nurses, nurses aides, admissions staff, receptionists in outpatient facilities, and patient services assistants (orderlies). Doctors and nurse practitioners who practice at WHC but who are not employees of WHC shall also receive training in accordance with this paragraph. It is anticipated that the training program may vary for different categories of employees. B. Training Schedule.

  • New Employee Orientations The County shall provide the Union written notice of County-wide new employee orientations, whether in person or online, at least ten (10) business days prior to the orientation. The notice shall include time, date, and location of the orientation. Representatives of the Union shall be permitted to meet with the new employees for up to thirty (30) minutes during a portion of the orientation for which attendance is mandatory. The Union shall provide the County at least five (5) business days prior to the orientation any materials it would like the County to distribute to new employees at the orientation. If the Union staff are unavailable, the County shall grant release time for one (1) union xxxxxxx to attend the orientation pursuant to Section 6.2.1 The County shall make best efforts to provide the Union with the name, job title, department, work location, work, home and personal cellular telephone numbers, personal email addresses, and home addresses of all employees in the bargaining unit every 90 days, but no less than once every 120 days.

  • Training Objectives It is important that the objectives for the employee(s) enrolling in this course or program is related to the strategic objectives of the organization for which the employee works. Provide text to explain how the training event meets agency objective(s) and purpose type.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Program Benefits The Participating Contractor will be eligible for contractor incentives, its customers will have access to financing offered through the Program, and income-eligible households will be eligible to receive Program incentives.

  • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS and task orders solicited and awarded under XXXXX. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).

  • Employee’s Role The Employee ☐ shall ☐ shall not have the right to act in the capacity of the Employer. This includes, but is not limited to, making written or verbal agreements with any customer, client, affiliate, vendor, or third (3rd) party.

  • Training Benefits In the event that the Employer should introduce new methods or machines which require new or greater skills than are possessed by employees under the present method of operation, such employees shall, at the expense of the Employer, be given a reasonable period of time, in the opinion of the Employer, during which they may perfect or acquire the skills necessitated by the new method of operation. There shall be no change in wage or salary rates during the training period of any such employee.
