Accommodation Expenses. 2.2.1 (a) Accommodation expenses shall be paid from the time of moving from the former location until permanent accommodation is obtained in the new location.
Accommodation Expenses. The Producer shall make the reservations for and pay the full costs of suitable single room accommodation for each Technician.

10.4.3 When dependants are boarding When approval has been given by the Ministry of Education for a principal and any dependants to board either together or in different localities, and a home is no longer being maintained at the former location, assistance may be granted in accordance with the following provisions:
(a) In the first instance, a refund of personal expenses as set out in 10.4.2 above;
(b) At the expiration of this period, an accommodation allowance of the amount by which actual and reasonable board and lodging expenses exceed 45% of gross remuneration. “Gross remuneration” means classified salary plus any allowance in the nature of salary. This is calculated on the consecutive day basis;

1.2.2 When moving personal expenses are allowable to cover meals, accommodation, and such other expenses as the employer may approve, for the teacher and any dependants as follows:

Accommodation Expenses. If a work-related trip involves overnight accommodation, the salaried employee is reimbursed verified accommodation expenses. If the expenses significantly exceed local prices, the employer has the right to adjust the amount reimbursed.
Accommodation Expenses. 1. The employee will be reimbursed for the costs incurred en route, consisting of meals, other refreshments and sanitary facilities, under the scheme set out in paragraph 3 of this article. This does not include the cost of accommodation, cabin fittings, exchange rate differences, tips paid, telephone charges and other costs.
2. Paragraph 1 may be departed from if a separate secondment arrangement has been made or if the employer has made an arrangement whereby the employee may use the company canteen facilities free of charge. These company canteen facilities shall be of a level commensurate with the rights that can normally be derived from the chart below.
3. The net accommodation allowance as of January 1, 2021 is:

ad 1) A one-day trip means a trip where the departure and arrival are within 24 hours.
ad 2) The criterion applies to the period of absence from the place of employment.

4. Effective 1 January 2022, the amounts set as at 1 July 2021 will be adjusted by the percentage increase in the consumer price index for restaurants, cafés and similar for the period between 1 October 2020 and 1 October 2021. If this increase exceeds 3.25%, it will be capped at 3.25%.
Accommodation Expenses. Accommodation expenses shall be reimbursed by covering the accommodation costs or by paying a night travel allowance as follows: If the employee is not provided with accommodation, the employer shall xxxx- xxxxx accommodation costs incurred during work-related travel as indicated in the approved supporting documents. Night travel allowance is payable for travel days entitling to daily allowance in cases where the employee is not provided with free accommodation, no ac- commodation expenses have been reimbursed, or no sleeper-car tickets were available. However, night travel allowance is not payable if the employee has, without cause, refused accommodation reserved by the employer. The amount of night travel allowance shall be the amount issued tax-exempt by the tax administration every year.
Accommodation Expenses. 1. If an employee needs accommodation and the em- ployer has not arranged accommodation that meets reasonable requirements or access to a sleeping berth, accommodation expenses are compensated as follows.
2. Accommodation expenses resulting from the use of a room are reimbursed according to the receipt. The amount is the amount of hotel expenses issued tax-ex- empt by the tax administration every year.
3. Accommodation invoices are reimbursed according to receipts if it is not possible to find accommodation at a price that does not exceed the allowed maximum amount of hotel expenses.
4. If an employee does not present the employer with an accommodation invoice, an accommodation allow- ance is paid instead of the accommodation expenses.
