Accommodation Expenses. 1. The employee will be reimbursed for the costs incurred en route, consisting of meals, other refreshments and sanitary facilities, under the scheme set out in paragraph 3 of this article. This does not include the cost of accommodation, cabin fittings, exchange rate differences, tips paid, telephone charges and other costs. 2. Accommodation expenses resulting from the use of a room are reimbursed according to the receipt. The amount is the amount of hotel expenses issued tax-ex- empt by the tax administration every year. 3. Accommodation invoices are reimbursed according to receipts if it is not possible to find accommodation at a price that does not exceed the allowed maximum amount of hotel expenses. 4. If an employee does not present the employer with an accommodation invoice, an accommodation allow- ance is paid instead of the accommodation expenses.
