Dialup. Dialup connection numbers and methods are subject to change or replacement at any time. Systemseven reserves the right to direct those with dialup service to specific numbers, or restrict the use of others. Customer is responsible for any long distance charges associated with the use of Customer's Systemseven dialup. Customer's Systemseven dialup service is restricted to one simultaneous connection per unique Systemseven username. Dialup services must remain in an active state without the aid of an automatic connection refreshing program/device for the duration of the session. Unlimited service does not provide a dedicated connection, and Systemseven's standard dialup package includes 150 hours of connectivity per month. Systemseven reserves the right to disconnect, suspend, cap, or change connection requirements based on the abuse or misuse of Customer's dialup connection. Dialup service does not come with an uptime or connection throughput service guarantee.

Customer's Speakeasy dialup service is restricted to one simultaneous connection per unique Speakeasy username. Dialup services must remain in an active state without the aid of an automatic connection refreshing program/device for the duration of the session. Unlimited service does not provide a dedicated connection, and Speakeasy's standard dialup package includes 150 hours of connectivity per month.   • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Cell Phone Employee shall be provided with a cell phone, with e-mail capabilities, at Board expense. As a condition of receipt of said cell phone, employee is expected to be reachable as necessary and appropriate by the Superintendent and Board President for the thorough and efficient operation of the School District. Incidental personal use shall be permitted. Employees shall have the option of being reimbursed for the use of a personal smartphone in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) per month instead of accepting a district cell phone. As a condition of this reimbursement, employee must a) be reasonably available at all times via the personal phone; and b) take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of student and staff information being transmitted to and through said phone.

  • Switching All of the negotiated rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Section pertain to the provision of local and tandem switching.

  • Contact Tracing While the employees are on the job site, Producers may require that employees participate in systems that enable contact tracing, such as use of a “punch card” system to record the employee’s location throughout the day or by means of electronic devices (e.g., phone “apps” or wearable electronic devices that track the movement or location of a person or which detect when a person wearing the device comes into close contact with another person wearing the device). Producers may require employees to sign documentation consenting to the use of such electronic devices in contact tracing. In the event that a Producer uses electronic devices for contact tracing, it may access information collected from those devices only for purposes of tracing individuals that the employee has been in contact with during working hours when there has been a COVID- 19-related event, or for purposes of managing and enforcing social distancing protocols.

  • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement.
