DIFFERENTIAL FOR EXTRAORDINARY CARE. The Employer, in its discretion, may pay an additional hour wage differential of one dollar ($1.00) per hour to employees assigned to clients identified by the Employer as having the following extraordinary care needs: • Shifts between 9pm and 7am • Total Toileting • Total Transfer • Difficult Behaviors Such wage differential shall be paid only for those hours spent serving the identified client, not for all hours worked. The Employer may use criteria it deems necessary to determine which clients shall be identified as having extraordinary care needs. This differential will not stack upon itself and would be inclusive of multiple extraordinary care needs.

  • Shift Differential Compensation Any employee in the bargaining unit whose assigned work shift commences (for unit-1) prior to 5:30 a.m. or whose work shift ends after 5:30 p.m., or (for unit-2 members) commences after 2:00 p.m. shall be paid a shift differential premium of five (5%) percent above the regular rate of pay for all hours worked.

  • Complete Work without Extra Cost Except to the extent otherwise specifically stated in this contract, the Contractor shall obtain and provide, without additional cost to the City, all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform the Work.

  • CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION The parties hereto agree that the employees covered by this Agreement shall be considered engaged in the type of work and classification as set forth on Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
