Differential for PTO Hours. A differential of ten percent (10%) or eighteen percent (18%) respectively will be paid to Regular Nurses claiming PTO if they are permanently assigned to evenings or nights. Permanent assignment constitutes an anticipated or realized six (6) months of assignment. This assignment is agreed upon by the Regular Nurse and department and indicated on a signed Personnel Action Form.
