Digital Marketing. Digital marketing of our brand is based on social media marketing like ads on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and other platforms.
Digital Marketing. 7.1 The Service Provider will ensure that invoices are issued in advance on or before the 25th of each month.
Digital Marketing. Customers receiving Digital Marketing services will have accounts setup and managed for paid advertising through Google Ad Words, Google Grants, and/or Facebook Ads for client campaigns. Any third party fees shall be paid directly by Customer through the Customer’s merchant account. Customer agrees to spend a minimum of $1,000.00 per month on paid advertising (such as pay per click) through Google or Facebook, provided that for maximum effectiveness, Company may recommend additional paid advertising through Google or Facebook based on Customer location, keyword competition, and other relevant factors. Company is not responsible for the Customer overwriting Digital Marketing work to the Customer’s site (e.g., Customer/webmaster uploading over work already provided/optimized). The Customer will be charged an additional fee for re-constructing content, at then- standard hourly rates. Customer acknowledges that Company has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future, and that the Customer’s website may be excluded from any search engine at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine.

  • DIRECT MARKETING Prior to the introduction of any new product or service which Competitive Supplier may wish to make available to Participating Consumers or other Eligible Consumers located within the Town, Competitive Supplier agrees to (i) give the Town written notice of such new product or service and (ii) subject to the entry into reasonable confidentiality terms to the extent permitted by law and mutually acceptable to the Parties, discuss with the Town the possible inclusion of such new product or service in this aggregation program. The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith the terms, conditions, and prices for such products and services which the Parties agree should be included in a Town aggregation program. Competitive Supplier also agrees not to engage in any direct marketing to any Participating Consumer that relies upon Competitive Supplier’s unique knowledge of, or access to, Participating Consumers gained as a result of this ESA. For the purposes of this provision, “direct marketing” shall include any telephone call, mailing, electronic mail, or other contact between the Competitive Supplier and the Consumer. Broad-based programs of the Competitive Supplier that do not rely on unique knowledge or access gained through this ESA will not constitute such “direct marketing.”

If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section. Customer waives any breach of warranty claims not made during the warranty period.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.
