Director of Education. The Union shall submit a Statement of Grievance to the Director of Education, or designate, within ten (10) days of the failure to resolve the issue informally. The Director of Education, or designate shall forward his/her written decision to the grievor(s) within ten (10) days of receipt of the Statement of Grievance. The Board may initiate a formal, written grievance with the President of the Union or designate, who shall answer the grievance in writing within ten (10) days after receipt of the grievance. The Union may initiate a formal, written grievance with the Director of Education, or designate who shall answer the grievance in writing within ten (10) days after receipt of the grievance.
