Disaster Recovery Priority. In accordance with the requirements of this Contract, in the event of a disaster, material interruption or any disruption in or affecting the Services, in prioritizing and dedicating efforts by Contractor to recover and resume normal and proper Service delivery and the provision of services, information and resources to its other customers generally, no other Contractor customer will receive higher priority than the State of Vermont, including all efforts and activities with respect to the Resources involved in performing such efforts and activities and recovering or resuming Services.
