DISCHARGE OR DISCIPLINE. ‌ No employee shall be discharged or disciplined without just cause. The Corporation agrees that whenever a disciplinary meeting is held with an employee an Association Representative shall be invited to be present. Such a meeting, once requested, shall take place as soon as possible at a time mutually agreed to by the parties. It is understood that the holding of the meeting does not prevent the employee from being relieved of duty by the Corporation prior to the meeting.
