DISCIPLESHIP. We believe Xxxxx calls people who have experienced the new birth to follow Him in a costly life of service to God. The power of the Holy Spirit transforms believers from the unrighteous pattern of the present age into a life of joyful obedience with God’s people.
DISCIPLESHIP we are committed to Christian brotherhood in the unity of the Spirit, demonstrated by open relationships with each other, mutual discipline and accountability, so that all who are truly born again enter into the Kingdom of Heaven and become followers of Xxxxx Xxxxxx, to live as He taught in the Sermon on the Mount and the gospels, and the apostolic example of the epistles.
DISCIPLESHIP. It is essential that staff understand that their work is done under the grace of Xxxxx Xxxxxx and that their primary vocation is to be a faithful disciple of Xxxxx Xxxxxx. With this understanding, staff will: • Strive to be an example of active faith in love; • Strive to be diligent in the study of scripture, the use of the means of grace, prayer, faithful service, and holy living; • Carry out their work in a way that honors and glorifies God; • Conduct themselves in a way that befits a disciple of Xxxxx, such as communicating in a courteous manner, treatment of coworkers and disciples with respect, courtesy, honesty, and maintains appropriate confidentiality.

Discipleship is helping those people center their lives around that good news. I as a member/disciple understand that I can evangelize through every available media even though the preferred media is sending potential disciples to the Life Transition website (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) and following up to answer any questions they might have. Once they have made their choice to follow Xxxxx, the Life Transition ministry process then disciples them into operating in the Kingdom of God.
