Disciplinary Standard. Disciplinary action shall be imposed upon an officer only for just cause. Disciplinary action shall be limited to actions whereby an officer is discharged, demoted, suspended or reprimanded, whether written or oral. Only actions taken for disciplinary or punitive purposes shall be subject to the just cause standard.

Disciplinary Standard. Any form of disciplinary action against an employee shall be for just cause.
