Disclosure of Compensation. EPCO, on behalf of the EPCO Group, shall disclose to each General Partner the amount of compensation or other remuneration of any EPCO Group employees who are executive officers or directors of such General Partner or the applicable Partnership, to the extent required for the applicable MLP Group to comply with the requirements of applicable law, including applicable Federal securities laws.

Disclosure of Compensation. You agree that the compensation payable to you hereunder, together with any other compensation you receive in connection with the investment of your Customers' assets in Shares of the Funds, will be disclosed by you to your Customers to the extent required by applicable laws or regulations, will be authorized by your Customers and will not result in an excessive or unreasonable fee to you.
Disclosure of Compensation. The Broker is responsible for disclosing in writing to each group subscriber any compensation it receives from Company as may be required by law or appropriate under the circumstances. Said compensation includes all payments, commission, overrides or bonuses from Company to Broker relating to the placement, renewal or servicing of business. Broker acknowledges that Company shall disclose said information if requested by any regulatory body or group subscriber.

With respect to such discounts, Member intends to comply with the requirements of the applicable laws and discount safe harbor regulations.
Disclosure of Compensation. DTA agrees to disclose to the County and/or CFDs any and all forms of compensation (except compensation paid pursuant to this Agreement) earned directly or indirectly from any services performed for, or in any way relating to, the Assessment Districts or CFDs, whether services are performed on behalf of the County or CFDs or any other person or entity.
