Disconnection and Curtailment. The Company shall have the right to disconnect (or otherwise curtail, interrupt or reduce service to) the Supplier and the Supplier’s Customers whenever the Company reasonably determines, or when the Company is directed by PJM, that such a disconnection, curtailment, interruption or reduction is necessary to facilitate construction, installation, maintenance, repair, replacement or inspection of any of the Company’s facilities; to maintain the safety and reliability of the Company’s electrical system; or due to any other reason, including Emergencies, forced outages, potential overloading of the Company’s transmission and/or distribution circuits, or Force Majeure.

Disconnection and Curtailment. (a) The User acknowledges that in addition to the Service Provider’s rights under clauses 6.2 and 6.3 the Service Provider may: (1) Disconnect; or (2) Curtail or Interrupt, a Distribution Supply Point in: (3) an Emergency; or (4) in accordance with the Distribution System Code, the National Energy Retail Law and National Energy Retail Rules and any other applicable Regulatory Instruments; (5) circumstances where a direction or order to do so is issued to the Service Provider by an Authority and the Service Provider reasonably believes it is required to comply with that direction or order; or (6) in respect of a Customer, in accordance with the terms of any contract between the Service Provider and that Customer. (b) If the Service Provider can choose which Distribution Supply Points it will Curtail, Interrupt or Disconnect, or the order in which it can Curtail, Interrupt or Disconnect Distribution Supply Points, then the Service Provider will, acting reasonably, determine the Distribution Supply Points to be Curtailed, Interrupted or Disconnected and that order in such manner as it considers appropriate having regard to the relevant circumstances known to the Service Provider. (c) Where practicable, the Service Provider will notify the User which Distribution Supply Points it will Curtail, Interrupt or Disconnect and the order in which it proposes to Curtail, Interrupt or Disconnect those Distribution Supply Points prior to the Curtailment, Interruption or Disconnection.

  • Disconnection Upon termination of this Agreement, Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will take all appropriate steps to disconnect the Developer’s Large Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System. All costs required to effectuate such disconnection shall be borne by the terminating Party, unless such termination resulted from the non-terminating Party’s Default of this Agreement or such non-terminating Party otherwise is responsible for these costs under this Agreement.

  • Curtailment Any payment of principal on a Mortgage Loan, made by or on behalf of the related Mortgagor, other than a Scheduled Payment, a prepaid Scheduled Payment or a Payoff, which is applied to reduce the outstanding Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan.

  • DISCONNECTION OF SUPPLY 14.1 When can we arrange for disconnection? (a) you do not pay your bill by the pay-by date and, if you are a residential customer, you: (i) fail to comply with the terms of an agreed payment plan; or (ii) do not agree to an offer to pay the bill by instalments, or having agreed, you fail to comply with the instalment arrangement; (b) you do not provide a security deposit we are entitled to require from you; or (c) you do not give access to your premises to read a meter (where relevant) for 3 consecutive meter reads; or (d) you fail to give us safe and unhindered access to the premises as required by clause 11 or any requirements under the energy laws; or (e) there has been illegal or fraudulent use of energy at your premises in breach of clause 16 of this contract; or (f) we are otherwise entitled or required to do so under the Rules or by law.

  • Reconnection The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Small Generating Facility, Interconnection Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System and Distribution System to their normal operating state as soon as reasonably practicable following a temporary disconnection.

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Connections HTC”s responsibility for service ends at the demarcation point. “Demarcation” means the point of meeting where the “hand-off” occurs between HTC’s system and Customer’s system. Facilities used by HTC in providing Services may be connected with terminal equipment or communications systems provided by Customer. In such a case, facilities and terminal equipment or communications systems provided by Customer or its customers shall be subject to mutually agreeable technical interface specifications.

  • Interconnection Customer Drawings Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of Initial Operation, unless the Interconnection Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner final, “as-built” drawings, information and documents regarding the Customer Interconnection Facilities, including, as and to the extent applicable: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Customer Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Customer Facility to the step-up transformers and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Customer Facility. As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.
