Disincentive Charges. One of COUNTY’s primary goals in entering this Agreement is to ensure that service provided to the Airports and the Port is of the highest standards. COUNTY will thus suffer damage if SECOND PARTY fails to meet these standards and its obligations under this Agreement, and that, due to the nature of certain breaches, the actual damage to COUNTY would be impractical or difficult to remedy.

Disincentive Charges. One of the Authority’s primary goals in entering into this SLA is to ensure the security of the Airport. Company agrees that the Authority will suffer damages if Company breaches the performance standards set forth in this SLA. Company further agrees that, due to the nature of the performance standards set forth in this SLA, the actual damages to the Aut hority are not readily ascertainable at the time of contracting and would be impractical or very difficult to quantify. As such, in addition to all other remedies available under this SLA, Company may be subject to the disincentive charges set forth below if the Company breaches the performance standards in this SLA. The amounts set forth below have been agreed upon by the Parties' as a reasonable estimate of the Authority’s damages in the event of such a breach. The Authority’s acceptance of any disincentive payment as a result of a Performance Standard Breach will not prevent the Authority from exercising any other right or remedy available to the Authority under this SLA or at law.

  • Sick Leave Charges An employee using sick leave shall be charged for only the number of hours that the employee was scheduled to work during the period of sick leave. Holidays that occur during sick leave periods shall be paid as a holiday and not charged as a sick leave day.

  • Service Charges No service charge shall be made for any exchange or registration of transfer of Warrants.

  • FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES You agree to pay Us any applicable fees or charges, and are responsible for any minimum balance requirements and deposit requirements called for in Our Agreements and Disclosures provided to You when You opened Your Account. In any case and with proper notice to You, fees, charges, balance requirements and deposit requirements may be changed by Us from time to time.

  • Extra Compensation 1. CTSO Advisors will be paid twenty-five ($25) per hour (capped at eight (8) hours per day) for non-discretionary CTSO activities (e.g., conferences, conventions, and competitions) involving students on days not scheduled as part of the regular school year calendar.

  • Vacation Charges Employees who utilize vacation shall be charged only for the number of hours they would have been scheduled to work during the period of absence. Holidays that occur during vacation periods will be paid as a holiday and not charged as a vacation day.

  • Direct Charges To the extent Cash-based Expenses are incurred by the Contractor, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary actual direct costs incurred (e.g., equipment, supplies, travel and other costs directly associated with the performance of the Agreement) to the extent required in the performance of the Work and to the extent such costs are anticipated in the Budget. Travel, lodging, meals and incidental expenses shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary costs incurred. Costs shall not exceed the daily per diem rates published in the Federal Travel Regulations. Reimbursement for the use of personal vehicles shall be limited to the Internal Revenue Service business standard mileage rate in effect at the time the expense was incurred.

  • Intercarrier Compensation Except as specifically described in this Section, the Agreement does not change or amend applicable intercarrier compensation arrangements (including but not limited to Switched Access, Signaling, or Transit charges) between any parties, including between Qwest and Carriers or IXCs.

  • Shift Differential Compensation Any employee in the bargaining unit whose assigned work shift commences (for unit-1) prior to 5:30 a.m. or whose work shift ends after 5:30 p.m., or (for unit-2 members) commences after 2:00 p.m. shall be paid a shift differential premium of five (5%) percent above the regular rate of pay for all hours worked.

  • Monthly Charges Purchaser shall pay Seller monthly for the electric energy generated by the System and delivered to the Delivery Point at the $/kWh rate shown in Exhibit 1 (the “Contract Price”). The monthly payment for such energy will be equal to the applicable $/kWh rate multiplied by the number of kWh of energy generated during the applicable month, as measured by the System meter.

  • Bonuses Executive shall be entitled to participate in discretionary bonuses or other incentive compensation programs that the Company and the Bank may award from time to time to senior management employees pursuant to bonus plans or otherwise.
