DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS. Exhibitor agrees not to dismantle the exhibit or do any packaging of its materials before the closing hour of the last exhibit day as set forth in the Exhibitor Prospectus (or as otherwise amended by SLA), and agrees to remove its Exhibit and all exhibit materials by the specified time closing of Tuesday, June 20, 2017. Exhibitor agrees to pay a $500 fee for any violation of the foregoing as well as a 20-point deduction in priority points. SOUND SYSTEMS Subject to any applicable rights, obligations, or restrictions hereunder, the use of sound systems is permissible, provided they are not audible in neighboring booths, nor more than 3 feet into the aisle, and that the sound is directed only into the Exhibitor’s booth or vertically. Permission is required by SLA’s Director of Exhibits.

DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS. Exhibits are to be kept intact until the closing of the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at 3:45 PM. No part of an exhibit shall be removed during Exhibit Hall Hours without special permission from NCS. Should Exhibitor begin dismantling its booth before the close of the Exhibit Hall may lose part or all of its priority points and may entirely lose the privilege of exhibiting at future NCS events. All freight must be removed from Facility by 1:00 PM on Friday, August 18, 2023. If exhibits are not removed by this time, NCS reserves the right to remove exhibits and charge the expense to Exhibitor and NCS shall have no liability for any loss or damage to Exhibitor’s exhibit property caused by such removal.
DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS. Hours of installation are as listed in the Exhibitor Application. Space unclaimed by the opening hour is subject to reassignment without refund of any fees. Exhibitor agrees to not dismantle the exhibit or do any packing before the closing hours of the last exhibit time as described in the Exhibitor’s Schedule. Any costs incurred by NEC to remove or dispose exhibit material remaining on premises after exhibit hours are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. NEC will bill Exhibitor for any such costs incurred. In the event of an emergency-requiring Exhibitor to leave prior to the close of the exhibit event, NEC must be notified prior to the Exhibitor’s departure
DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS. No exhibits shall be dismantled or removed, in whole or in part, prior to close of Show, Saturday, September 17, 2022, or such other time as designated by AMT. AMT may prevent the removal or dismantling of any exhibit before the time of closing.
DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS. Exhibits are to be kept intact until the closing of the Exhibit Hall at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, June 22, 2022. No part of an exhibit shall be removed during the Show Hours without obtaining written approval from DIA prior to June 18, 2022. Any Exhibitor who begins dismantling of its booth before the close of the Exhibit Hall may lose part or all their priority points and may entirely lose the privilege of exhibiting at future DIA events. All freight must be removed from Facility by 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 23, 2022. If exhibits are not removed by this time, DIA reserves the right to remove exhibits and charge the expense to the Exhibitor. DIA shall have no liability for any loss or damage to Exhibitor’s exhibit property caused by such removal.
DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS. Exhibitors may remove their products AFTER 9 p.m. All exhibits must stay intact until 9:00 p.m. All exhibits must be dismantled and removed from the facility by 11:59 p.m. on the night of the show. Any exhibits, merchandise or display materials not removed by this time may be disposed of without AFPD incurring any liability to the Exhibitor.

In the event of an emergency-requiring Sponsor/Exhibitor to leave prior to the close of the exhibit event, NEC must be notified prior to the Sponsor/Exhibitor’s departure INSURANCE Sponsor/Exhibitor shall obtain and keep in force during the term of the installation, use and dismantling of the exhibit premises, policies of Comprehensive General Liability and Contractual Liability Insurance, insuring and specifically referring to contractual liability set forth herein in an amount of not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for personal injury and property damage. NEC, NESCON2013, and the conference Venue shall be included in such policies as additional named insured’s. In addition, Exhibitor acknowledges that neither NEC nor NESCON2013 nor Venue maintains insurance covering the Sponsor’s/Exhibitor’s property and that it is the sole responsibility of Sponsor/Exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering such losses by Exhibitor. SPONSORS/EXHIBITORS MUST ATTACH A COPY OF THEIR CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE TO THIS APPLICATION AND SHALL REFER TO THIS DOCUMENT AS APPENDIX A. LOSS, THEFT OR DAMAGE NEC shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the property of Sponsor/Exhibitor, its employees or representatives. NEC will not be liable for injury or damage to persons or property during the term of this Contract, from any cause whatsoever, by reason of the use or occupancy of the exhibit space by Sponsor/Exhibitor, its employees, representatives or assigns. If Sponsor/Exhibitor’s material fails to arrive, or if for causes beyond its control, Sponsor/Exhibitor is prevented from using its space, Sponsor/Exhibitor is nevertheless responsible for its space rental. Sponsor/Exhibitor shall carry insurance to protect all exhibit materials against damage, theft or other loss.

DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS. All exhibits must be dismantled, packed, and removed from the hall by 9:00 PM PST on Saturday, October 28, 2017.
DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS. Exhibitor shall not dismantle or remove any portion of his exhibit prior to 4:00 p.m. on the closing night and Exhibitor shall not remove any of the equipment or property associated with the exhibit prior to that time. The entire exhibit and all of Exhibitor’s property must be removed from the premises within 8 hours after the close of the show, unless changed by Trade Show Management. In the event Exhibitor fails to vacate the Exhibit Space before that time, Sweetwater Events Complex may, and is hereby authorized and made the agent of the Exhibitor, to remove the exhibit and all of the property of Exhibitor situated in or about the Exhibitor space and to store the same at the cost of the exhibitor. The Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless Sweetwater Events Complex for any cost or liability incurred in connection with such removal. Exhibitor shall be responsible for the supervision, control and maintenance of the Exhibit Space during the entire term for which the Exhibit Space is reserved or used by Exhibitor. The Exhibit Space shall be returned to Sweetwater Events Complex in original condition, and Exhibitor shall reimburse Sweetwater Events Complex for any cost or expense of Sweetwater Events Complex in repairing any damage occurring during the Lease Term.

In the event Exhibitor fails to vacate the Exhibit Space before that time, Enchantment Productions may, and is hereby authorized and made the agent of the Exhibitor, to remove the exhibit and all of the property of Exhibitor situated in or about the Exhibitor space and to store the same at the cost of the exhibitor.
