Common use of Dismissal Grievance Clause in Contracts

Dismissal Grievance. An employee, other than a probationary employee, who has been discharged and decides to grieve that discharge, may present that grievance directly at Step provided that said grievance is filed within three working days of having been notified of such discharge.
