DISMISSALS AND DEMOTIONS. The Employer shall act in good faith in the dismissal or demotion of any regular non-probationary employee. Should the Union present a grievance in connection with a dismissal or demotion of a regular non-probationary employee, to the Employer, the dismissal or demotion shall be reviewed under the terms of the grievance procedure.
