DISPOSAL OF MATERIAL. 5.1 The Operator, with the approval of the Management Committee may, from time to time, sell any Material which has become surplus to the foreseeable needs of the Mining Operations for the best price and upon the most favourable terms and conditions available.
DISPOSAL OF MATERIAL. The Operator may purchase, but shall be under no obligation to purchase, interest of Non-Operators in surplus Condition “A” or “B” Material. The disposition of surplus Controllable Material, not purchased by Operator, shall be agreed to by Operator and Non-Operators, provided Operator shall dispose of normal accumulations of junk and scrap Material either by transfer or sale from Joint Property.
DISPOSAL OF MATERIAL. E2.13.1 After all processes with respect to tenure or promotion have been concluded, documents and other support material submitted by the candidate will be returned to the candidate. Other documents and correspondence addressed to or received by the URC shall be sealed and retained in the Official Employee File for a period of six (6) years at which time the material will be destroyed.
DISPOSAL OF MATERIAL. Unless otherwise provided in the special provisions, material to be disposed of shall not be burned either inside or outside the premises.
DISPOSAL OF MATERIAL. A Partner may purchase, but shall be under no obligation to purchase, the interest of the Partnership in material which has become surplus material. The disposition of such surplus material, if not purchased by a Partner, shall be subject to disposition as directed by the Management Committee, provided, that, the Project Leader shall dispose of normal accumulations of junk scrap material. The Project Leader will give notice to the Management Committee of surplus materials for sale. In connection with the disposal of surplus material, the following provisions shall apply:

DISPOSAL OF MATERIAL. 7.1 The Depositor may initiate the disposal of all or some Vials of Material at any time by notifying CellBank of its intention in writing and completing the disposal documentation made available by CellBank.
DISPOSAL OF MATERIAL. Sales of property shall be recorded at the net amount collected by the Licensee from the purchaser.
DISPOSAL OF MATERIAL. Unless otherwise ordered by the Employer’s Agent, the Contractor shall dispose of material resulting from clearing and demolition operations at a site to be determined by the Contractor. Such a site shall have the approval of the Employer’s Agent, the Local Authority and the Environmental Control Officer. Payment for the clearing, loading, transport, dumping fees and any other requirement or costs incurred shall be included in the rates submitted for site clearance. PSC 5 CONSTRUCTION
