Disposition of Employees. In the event the Contract is terminated or not renewed pursuant to Section 3314.07 of the Code, the Governing Authority agrees to maintain all staff records in a secure location and make records available to staff upon request; ensure that STRS and SERS contributions are current; clarify COBRA benefits; inform staff of the date medical benefits end; ensure that each faculty’s Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) is current and available to staff; and provide a clear, written timeline of the closing process to all staff.

Disposition of Employees. United shall be compensated for all employment related expenses arising from the termination of this Agreement and the termination of United's employees engaged primarily in its AARP operations, including but not limited to COBRA, long term disability, short term disability and severance; provided, however, that United shall not be entitled to receive any compensation in respect of any United employee who is offered employment by any successor employer.   • Transfer of Employees 4.16 At least three (3) regular work days' notice shall be given to the Union and the employees before workers are transferred from one reporting headquarters to another reporting headquarters. Upon failure to give three (3) days' notice, as stated above, the Employer shall pay one (1) additional day's subsistence for each day notice is not given, as defined in paragraph 5.2 to the existing shop headquarters. Where such penalty is applicable, it shall be based upon the headquarters from which the employee is being transferred. The notice of transfer required by this Section to be given to the Union shall be in writing to the Local Union's Business Office. The postmark date of such letter shall govern compliance.
