Disputes with Employees. The Vendor is not aware of any outstanding claim against the Company by any person who is now or has been an officer or employee of the Company or any dispute between the Company and a material number or class of its employees and no payments are due by the Company under the provisions of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Xxx 0000 as amended by the Employment Xxx 0000.
Disputes with Employees. There is no outstanding claim against the Target Companies by any person who is now or has been an officer or employee of the Target Companies, and there are no circumstances currently known to the Vendor which may give rise to such a claim.
Disputes with Employees. (1) The Disclosure Letter sets out complete particulars of negotiations and of present and former disputes between the Company and its employees and of negotiations and of present and former disputes between such employees and the Seller. (2) The Company is not, and has not within the past three years been, involved in any labour, industrial or trade dispute or any dispute or negotiation with any trade union or association of trade unions or organisations or body of employees. (3) The Company has complied with all collective agreements, customs and practices for the time being dealing with relations between it and its employees and/or any trade union. (4) The Company has complied in all respects with the conditions of service of each of its employees.

There is no outstanding or threatened claim by any person who is now or has been an employee of the Company or any dispute outstanding with any such persons or with any trade union or any other body representing all or any of such persons in relation to their employment by the Company nor, so far as the Seller is aware, are there any circumstances likely to give rise to any such dispute. 16.3.2. There is no industrial action involving any Employee, whether official or unofficial, currently occurring or threatened. 16.3.3. There is no industrial relations matter affecting the Company which has been referred to ACAS or any similar governmental agency in the applicable jurisdiction for advice, conciliation or arbitration. 16.3.4. None of the Employees is subject to any unexpired verbal or written warning in relation to his employment. 16.3.5. There is no liability outstanding to any Employee or any other person who has been employed or engaged by the Company except for remuneration or other benefits accruing due and no such remuneration or other benefit which has fallen due for payment has not been paid.
Disputes with Employees. There is no: (A) outstanding claim by any person who is now or has been an employee of the Vendor or any Affiliate of the Vendor in relation to the Business or any dispute outstanding with any of the said persons or with any union or any other body representing all or any of them in relation to their employment in the Business and there are no circumstances likely to give rise to any such claim or dispute; (B) industrial action involving any employee, whether official or unofficial, currently occurring or threatened; or (C) industrial relations matter which has been referred to any governmental agency for advice, conciliation or arbitration.
Disputes with Employees. There is no outstanding claim (including appeals and outstanding judgements) with a potential liability in excess of £50,000 against any Target Company by any person who is an Employee or has been an employee of any Target Company. The Sellers are not aware of any circumstances that would give rise to such claim.

Disputes with Employees. There is no: 1. pending or threatened claim by any Employee or former employee of the Company or any dispute outstanding with any Employee or former employee or with any unions or any other body representing all or any of them, in each case in relation to their employment by the Company and that could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on the Company, and there are no facts or circumstances that could reasonably be expected to give rise to any such dispute; 2. industrial action involving any Employee or former employee, whether official or unofficial, currently pending or threatened that could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on the Company; or 3. industrial relations matter which has been referred to ACAS or any similar Governmental Authority in the applicable jurisdiction for advice, conciliation or arbitration that could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on the Company.
Disputes with Employees. There is no: 14.4.1 outstanding or threatened claim by any person who is now or has been an employee of the Company or any dispute outstanding with any of the said persons or with any unions or any other body representing all or any of them in relation to their employment by the Company or of any circumstances likely to give rise to any such dispute; 14.4.2 industrial action involving any employee, whether official or unofficial, currently occurring or threatened; or 14.4.3 industrial relations matter which has been referred to ACAS or any similar governmental agency in the applicable jurisdiction for advice, conciliation or arbitration.
