  • Disqualifying Offenses If at any time it is determined that a person has been found guilty of a misdemeanor or felony offense as a result of a trial or has entered a plea of guilty or nolo contendere, regardless of whether adjudication was withheld, within the last six (6) years from the date of the court’s determination for the crimes listed below, or their equivalent in any jurisdiction, the Contractor is required to immediately remove that person from any position with access to State of Florida data or directly performing services under the Contract. The disqualifying offenses are as follows:

  • Serious Health Condition An illness, injury, impairment, or physical or mental condition which warrants the participation of a family member to provide care during a period of treatment or supervision and involves either inpatient care in a hospital, hospice or residential health care facility or continuing treatment or continuing supervision by a health care provider (e.g. physician or surgeon) as defined by state and federal law.

  • Qualifying Conditions An employee shall receive two (2) hours Call Time at the straight time rate in addition to pay for time actually worked under the following conditions:

  • CHANGE IN CONDITIONS Any changes to the condition of the site or work from the time of the proposal to the time when Company starts the work shall be the responsibility of the Customer. Customer shall immediately notify Company by email of any changes not previously disclosed regarding the setup or site conditions. In the event of an increase in the work, the contract price shall be increased by a fair and reasonable valuation based upon the original contract rates. In either an increase or decrease in work, Customer shall provide an extra work notification to Company. Signing a time sheet is an automatic or extra work notification & serves as authorization of overtime pay.

  • Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions 10.14.1 Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of Chapter 12T, “City Contractor/Subcontractor Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions,” of the San Francisco Administrative Code (“Chapter 12T”), including the remedies provided, and implementing regulations, as may be amended from time to time. The provisions of Chapter 12T are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth herein. Contractor is required to comply with all of the applicable provisions of 12T, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section.   • Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion - Lower Tier Covered Transactions (a) The prospective lower tier participant certifies, by submission of this proposal, that neither it nor its principals is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any federal department or agency.

  • Qualifying Events In order to be eligible for COBRA continuation, you need to have experienced a Qualifying Event. A Qualifying Event is one of the events listed below which would result in loss of coverage if not for the COBRA continuation:

  • Non-Paid Status During Treatment After Positive Test The employee will be in a non-pay status during any absence for evaluation or treatment, while participating in a rehabilitation program.

As the body corporate will only be established once the first transfer of a unit in the development has occurred, the Seller shall from the completion date and until the date of the establishment of the body corporate bear the rights and obligations of the body corporate.
