POA Rights. POA shall have the following rights in addition to the rights contained in any other portion of this Agreement.
POA Rights. I. Authorized representatives of the POA shall be allowed reasonable access to unit employees at their work locations during working hours for the purpose of consulting with employees in the unit regarding the employer-employee relationship, provided that: (1) the work of the employee and the service of the public are not unduly impaired, and (2) the authorized representatives shall have given advance notice to the Chief of Police or his or her designated representative when contacting unit employees during the duty period of the employees. The Chief of Police or his or her designee shall determine the appropriate time for such access.
